My only complaint is they don't pay me instantly, but it only takes a day, all in all one of the better survey sites out there

They canceled the withdrawal process and then blocked my account on 2/15/2022
So I emailed support To find out the reasons for what happened!
After a short time, they replied to me.

But in fact they never reactivate my account and they also banned me from their customer support site (gobranded.zendesk.com)

They lied 'in their response' to me.

They don't respect active members, and they don't have any appreciation for hard work...

If your just looking to make a quick buck and not answer the survey truthfully this is not for you. If your willing to be patient and do them properly, it's a fun way to kill time.

I had been doing surveys for a years with them with no problem I even got back up to gold badge all of a sudden out of nowhere the deactivate my account... i had been doing it for years so Im like what's different now... nothing... They took my points with them they should at least give my pay... I been answering this way for years... They must have new people there that think they are mind readers I assume. It's like I said what I said is their view.

I just recently joined this survey taking panel and have had a great experience so far. I have been able to build up my rewards points very quickly. Really like how they have a rank system for survey takers. The higher rank you get, the more bonus points you can get per week. This is one of the best survey panels that I have ever used. Looking forward to using them more and more in the future.

Have been with them for about a month. First payout went fine. Many times I do a complete survey and then at the end it tells me survey full or not a match, site not safe or I lose connection. Complained several times and was awarded some points. Next time they ignored me.

I went to go log into my account today and this is what it said.
Looks like you're unable to participate in our surveys.
I want to know what that means. This was on Branded Surveys.

UPDATE: They did respond to my email and they went ahead and filled in the correct information so that my email was verified. I have been trying to verify my address so I can cash out, but the county I live in is not even on the list. How do they expect you to be able to cash out when you can not even verify the information. This is very frustrating. I have never had this kind of issue with any other survey site.

I would rate this site highly on the number of points offered and the incentives for earning those points, but it's nearly impossible to even get a survey to take. The biggest problem I've had with the site is messages that surveys have filled up. I don't see how this is even remotely possible when I have clicked on surveys within seconds of them being posted. Having been on this site now for more than a month, I estimate that this has happened to me about 100 times as I remain on survey sites for up to two hours at a time just to earn a little extra money. But there's very little money to be earned if you can't take the surveys. I don't mind being disqualified for demographic reasons, but when you can't even get on a survey to get disqualified, that's a real problem. Also, many of the surveys posted appear to be the same surveys under different names. They give you three word codes for each survey, but many of those surveys have the same number of points, same number of minutes required, are posted at the same time - and they are all full within seconds of posting. This does not happen at other survey sites.

I used Branded Survey since October and I have finally been able to redeem $11.32 to my PayPal account. It is true that I sometimes get disqualified from surveys, but the payout is worth it, especially since it is easy to save up from their daily poll rewards.

I have read many reviews that said Branded Surveys does not pay them, but when I tried to redeemed 1765 points yesterday. I received an email that said they will send me my reward today. I just checked my PayPal account, and $17.65 is in it. I think other people didn't get their reward because they tried to cheat the system, maybe like tried to press random options in every survey to try to finish it as fast as possible. The only thing that I don't like about Branded Surveys is that sometimes when I spent like 10 minutes on a survey, it would disqualify me and I would only get 2 points for a survey that pays 60 points. They need to fix that and at least give the customer points based on how much of the survey was completed.

High disqualification rate. More often than not, you spend a long time completing a survey and you still don't get any points. Horrible customer support. Hold your funds for now reason. They suspended my account and didn't even release the money I had already made.
WASTE OF TIME!

Wanted to see how much I could earn - spent 6 hours making $5. Disqualified AFTER taking many surveys. Can't get the $5, and they are blocking me from unsubscribing. Scam alert!

Branded Surveys is the easiest survey platform to use and understand what is going on. They payout processing is so fast and easy. I would really miss them if they went away. The only issue I have is that if a person is unemployed, like me, they won't qualify for as many surveys as they would want. Otherwise it is a great way to make a little extra. When a person is unemployed they need as much help as they can get!

Payout promises broken do not engender trust. Misleading panel members about the length of time a survey will take is NOT a fair way to treat the very individuals who keep you in business!

I"ve been using branded serveys since last year i was so close to redeeming 5$ but then i had to verify my email to get my paypal account to get a giftcard and to recieve other giftcards as well then after i got that i then went to my email address a little later and checked for a veracation code to verafy my email address to the website but have not recieve anything then i go back to do more serveys but then i see that i cant do anymore serveys with them anymore which means im banned from doing more serveys from them for what all i asked is for them to send my veracation code to my email which i never got i tried doing more serveys but it seems everytime i go to do one it is allways full why do they got them on there if that is the case i rather go to servey junkie at least they dont give me problems or rakuten insight or drumo and other sthat wont cause me any problems like branded serveys did thanks for reading this email.

I hv been doing Branded Surveys for 2 months. I enjoy themand since my hrs have been cut due to covid I can use some extra money. Some weeks I do better than others, I am quite dedicated. So far I hv been paid 177 dollars. My money comes in a couple of days. Soaveraging about 80 bucks a month. That pays for extra dog toys and a evening out for me... So far so good! Good place to be. I will continue with Branded Surveys! If anytging should change will update.

Seems legit until you earn enough to cash out

Then they just lock you out of your account
Stating your unable to participate in anymore
Surveys with no reasoning.
