I take my time with every survey. I answer honest and always never speed through surveys no problem till January 2nd 2022. When I go on theres only one survey. There's not been one survey allday even though im getting emails telling me there's plenty surveys for me.

This company doesn't pay out, I was support to be getting £9.70 on the 2nd of November, each day the date moves back, I will be reporting them, never do a survey with them, I have had three wasted weeks of doing surveys, with nothing to show for it

It took me two weeks to finally reach 500 points. However, the redeem points button disappeared when I finally earned enough to payout. It was really disappointing. Sign up at your own risk.

I did so many surveys and every time I went at the redeem points option to check the payout price, it showed 79 points for one dollar. When I reached to some 7800 points since I wanted to get the perfect $100, I could see that my payout was showing around $99 at a redemption rate of 79 points for a dollar. I completed a survey and checked the payout price and I was shocked and angry to realize that they changed the settings to make the redeeming rate at 80 points for a dollar. Now this caused a deficit of $7 in my payout. It is so arbitrary and unfair.

The best paid survey service i have used, most of the surveys dont take a long time to complete, and i only work on it less than 2 hours and it makes me maske some extra cash fast

1st if a survey says it takes 10 minutes, it most likely actually takes 30 because the time they claim it takes is always far less than what it actually does. 2nd this site claims you're qualified for a survey so you click on it thinking you qualify, it will say answer a few questions before we get started, it then puts you through 15 to 20 minutes worth of questions before finally kicking you off claiming you dont qualify. Waste of time. 3rd they have a direct deposit option HOWEVER, they request and require your online banking info. ALL OF IT, online ID, password AND PIN. Sounds like a HUGE scam to me. They do have other payout options but I do not have these other options as of now so I have not yet redeemed any points. WHERE THIS SITE IS CONCERNED, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! THEY ARE ALL THE SAME FOR A REASON, ITS NOT JUST AN ISSUE HERE AND THERE, ALL THESE ISSUES ARE CLEARLY EXTREMELY COMMON! To whomever may respond on behalf of these complaints, spare me your ridiculous automated vague excuses you keep replying to everyone else with. The replies are BS and you know it!

UPDATE: added some photos showing proof of complaints. 1st photo shows survey I qualified for, amount of points, and time it takes. 2nd photo shows they put you through questions before actually deciding if you're really qualified. The time on that photo is 10:28. The next photo is the one saying I was actually qualified, time on that is 10:35 which is already more than half of the 8 minutes they claimed it would take. Next we have the final photo for that survey which is a blank page I can only assume was an error that led to zero points. Wasted time. Then I created a paypal account specifically for this to avoid giving bank info so the last photo was branded surveys rejecting the account as many others have complained about. I also included images of my activity to give an idea of how often you dont qualify for surveys they've already matched you with. In all, I lost 14 hours, they claimed I had 1175 points, but I have no way of claiming it so at the end of the day this IS a scam and WASTE OF TIME.

After weeks of not being able to do a survey due to "the queues are full" bs, I sent a help request about it. Only for them to reply saying my account has some "violation" of their terms of service and has been deactivated. No explanation why and the kicker is I decided to finally do a pay out from them. This feels very scammy and from what I see I'm not the only person this has happened to. Shame on you for this.

I have been submitting the daily poll answers for a while and accomulated 675 points. When I requested a payout, I haven't heard back for almost 1.5 months. When I contacted the support team about this, they said it is not paid because I haven't done anything other than daily surveys and due to this they are deactivating my account. First of all, this important "rule" should have been spelled out upfront. Second, there is no need to deactivate my account, just ask me to fill out other surveys to be eligible for the payout! Third, why don't you tell me this when I request the payout and instead wait until I contact support? All of these points show that this is a very unprofessional company that is simply using deceiving tactics to still get data from you yet don't pay you anything. Very dishonest, very unprofessional. I filed a BBB complaint as well. I am really tired of these companies that will simply get your data and give you nothing in return.

This survey website is a total waste of time. Over half the time you can't even access the surveys (tell my how, exactly, a survey is "full" when I'm watching my email inbox and click the link within 1 second of it arriving? Expect to see the screenshot below a LOT) and when you DO get into a survey, most of the time it will take all of your info then kick you out at the end, giving you no points. When you do (amazingly!) manage to get points, you can't redeem them because they make up some bullsh*t excuse to deactivate your account. My first was "because I accessed it from a banned country". I didn't. I used the exact same verified computer in my house I have always used. After reactivating (and points all gone of course) the second time they just said I'd "violated their terms" or there was "fraudulent activity". I followed up with this and no response other than the bland bot repeating that. I still have no idea what on Earth my account was supposed to have done wrong... trying to get cash from them, I suspect. Avoid this site like the plague.

I love doing surveys and getting paid for it they have so many cool bonuses that go along with it I'm going to make a lot of money with this app

Great please to work for. Friendly staff. Hardworking employees. Everyone gets along. The pay is decent.

Earned points but can only redeem if have a mobile phone... wasted my time and lost money in the process. Upsetting.
