I was charged for 2 support vests last year but only received one. I couldn't find any way to get the 2nd vest mailed or get a refund on it. That's why I didn't buy anything additional this year besides ESA certificates.
I thought the renewal process would be easier since I'm a repeating customer had to go through everything all over again but it's still not too bad as long as it goes smoothly. I'm still waiting for my certificates to be e mailed
