I was "approved" by their "doctor" to have 2 support pets. I went through the whole process and when I submitted my letters to my apartment complex they asked for an additional document to specify that I did indeed need 2 pets. I reached out to Support Pets and after several days of waiting finally received a message stating the "doctor" didn't feel comfortable filling out this additional form. WTH?! Why did she approve 2 pets in the first place then? So when I requested my money back because it didn't work and they promise satisfaction guaranteed they only offered to remove one pet, not give me my money back. I went to Pettable, spoke with a real therapist and received a letter to show both of my pets in my unit. The letter was written so well because the therapist actually diagnosed me in a legit way that they didn't even need the additional paperwork. Skip Support Pets, don't waste your money.
Was disappointed by not receiving a tag or ID card that was included in the price I paid. Now they want me to purchase separately

My credit card was charged twice and an additional service was also separately charged, I was careful about filling out the information and checking all the boxes. After supplying credit card information, additional services were offered, and; although I clicked "not interested," I was charged. I received a dirge of emails confirming duplicate orders. I logged into my bank to confirm the double charges only to find that my account was locked due to suspicious charges. Now I have to waste more time dealing with the bank removing the charges.
Also, the various emails are confusing--three different bills all having the same Customer ID BUT NO ORDER NO. They offer discounts on what I thought I just purchased, making me wonder exactly what was included. The emails make it sound like you have to pay for various things that I thought were included in the original purchase. Very confusing.
I can only hope that the actual program will be worth all this time and effort.
They took my money and offer many chances for me to spend more. I haven't received my ID card which is supposed to come via email and so far I have made 2 inquiries both of which were ignored. I want my money back but based on their customer service I won't get it. There are other services out there that I'm sure would be a better choice. They deserve a ZERO rating
