There was confusion to begin with, but I've finally received everything paid for.
I'm a bit confused why we suddenly are asked for the 2nd pets info when it was already provided to start with. Initial application requested the info of both dogs to along with all the survey questions. It looks as if I've paid for one now and I'm being asked to reapply for the 2nd which it said would all be covered.
