It was a straightforward service.
The only thing I would change to make it better is to improve communication, specially with first timers, since it creates a little anxiety not knowing if after you paid you were scammed or not since you just get some emails, maybe have one explaining the steps and how long each step takes so you patiently wait until the step is completed and if that step is delayed send an email explaining or something.
