The process was very easy and super fast. Remy got approved right before I had to move in and all fees were waved. Now I don't have to worry about when applying anywhere for housing or have anxiety when I'm on the run doing errands because she can come with me anywhere as well now. I love it!

Easy questions to answer, approved in less than 3 minutes, informational video, and documents available within 48 hours. I gave 4 stars because you have to pay extra for Rental Forms. Also generally a letter from a licensed doctor lasts forever but with Support Pets you have to renew your ESA every year to keep your ESA valid. Still cheaper than paying for a pet monthly on a lease and the company has to make additional income somehow but the letters really don't have to "expire" (my first two dogs are legit from my primary care physician but her facility no longer accepts my medical insurance and I needed an ESA asap for my newest animal as I can't wait 3 months to get a physical appointment at a new doctors office).
