Even tho one products leaked but didn't speed all over the box

Some great stuff. All authentic. Especially loved the salami and speck. If I had one complaint, it was trying to figure out when both shipments would arrive (perishable and non-perishable). However, customer service responded very promptly when I sent emails asking about shipping info.

I was asked to verify receipt of my order. I had purchased 7 varieties of olives for my mother as a gift. She instead received only 4 varieties, getting 2 pounds each of 3 types.

I informed your customer service dept. of this and they asked me to send a picture of what was received. My mother is 87, lives 1000 miles away, and does not have a smart phone nor camera, so that was not possible.

I have since been ignored by your customer service dept. Oh, well. There are other places to shop for expensive olives.

Delivery was good but the bottles are not sealed…just scotch tape around the bottle to prevent the spills. I don't think this is the original product…poor quality!

I hope the items were as expected—they were sent to another state as a gift.

They show no sign of shipping my order. I don't think they are going to. I don't think they are a real store, just a rip-off front.

My first order, got 10% off but because I bought multiple of one item, I wasn't eligible for the 10% off, wrote then an email, they explained and refunded 10%. Good service, will order again.

All went well. Good prices and reasonable shipping.
