I have two rewards that I was unable to use. I have $10 referral reward and I have $10 for spending over $300 that is not allowing me to use. Would like for someone to explain terms and conditions on how these can be used?
The online Shopping was great, I see they are trying to categorize to make it easier to search. The several types of rewards being offered gets confusing because you certain rewards for example for referring someone may have already been used but still shows up on your reward list. Also applying the 10% text reward or downloading the app reward doesn't seem to work even though there are no other rewards applied. It makes sense you cant use multiple rewards but the $10 reward for every $300 spent I would imagine can be used always. Not sure if this type can be used in addition to another Txt/app reward. I feel there needs to be alittle more clarification somewhere to explain this to the end user. But I still love the site and products!

When I ordered Frantoia olive oil (my very favorite) I failed to enter the discount code. I sent an email to customer service and received a reply notifying me the 10% discount was credited back to my credit card. Now that's great service!
