I recently ordered 3 gift cards. In each case I received the confirmation of purchase but no gift card. In each case I tapped on the option to resend the gift card. Again no gift card. In each case I contacted customer service as the last resort. Some hours after each contact I finally received the gift cards. Before you ask, no they did not initially go into my Spam or Promotions folder.

I'll continue to buy from Supermarket Italy because they offer great items at good prices, including items I saw elsewhere for much more money. My item (De Villa Pesto Gouda Cheese) a thrill to find at an such and incredible price, but wasn't thrilled when we served it to guests on Christmas Eve. The product was too salty to be enjoyed by my guests. That was so sad, because it was also meant as Christmas gifts to foodie friends & family. A learning experience for me going forward and I'll stick to products I'm more aquainted with if the order is big & spendy. SI themselves I appreciate so much for their items and services. Oh, and the cheese delivery was also great! Thank you.
