Received a package of spoiled octopus that was very late getting here. Had to throw it in the garbage very disappointed have been trying to get my money back for days Neither Supermarket Italy or FedEx seem to want to make it right have nothing but bad things to say about both companies at this point. I found my favorite Everything scandanavian crispbread on your site and ordered it. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition (ordered from smazon and they arrived all broken). I highly recomnend Supermarket Italy!

Everything worked well, fast shipping, product as described
I ordered 24 packages of flour. They sent it to me in 3 packages without charging me any extra. Another company wanted to charge me $30 extra for shipping for the same order. The flour is always perfect compared to ordering from places like Amazon where the flour smells like laundry detergent.
The product is exactly as ordered. The order acknowledgment said I would be notified when my order shipped, but that didn't happen. I was, however, able to track from the initial order acknowledgement.
I placed my first order with Supermarket Italy. Good prices, quick shipping, packaged well, a great experience. I will be ordering with Supermarket Italy again.

The flour is titled Fioreglut (Gluten Free) Flour, 2.2 lb, What arrived was Fioreglut (Gluten Free) Pizza Flour, 2.2 lb. The title should be adjusted, I wanted the "regular", not pizza, and was disappointed.
Great varieties of selection and resonable price. I always buy Giuseppe Coco pasta. Please import more fancy granano pasta brands please like (iozzino, Carmiano local europe brands)

Items out of stock. My experiences with shopping at SuperMarket Italy over the past couple of years has been one of frequent out of stock on items I wanted to order. For example the celtic salt that is highlighted on the front page of your website and then the product isn't even available.
