I have been buying this bread 48 loaves at a time for several years! It is a great product and stores well,
The order came in promptly and was packed in boxes with padding and arrived better than the last few times I ordered! I don't understand why the company packs up th bread in boxes with 12 loaves per box and I order 4 boxes (48) loaves why it always with all 48 loaves loose in a big box? Ups is not very gentle with boxes and I lucked out this time with no crumbled loaves! I usually buy 4 cases several times per year and I would rate your service 5 if you could pack 4 boxes inside the big box with padding, Thanks Ron Brown

As far as customer service is concerned, Maybeline kept me in the loop on my way overdue shipment. I assumed the delay was due to the SMI warehouse but when I finally received the package and noticed a gaping hole in the side of the box, I realized the problem was with our outstanding USPS. They totally bungled my order and made it look like SMI was the problem. Thanks to superior packaging, all items were fine and undamaged. Also a shout out to Angie. For her help.
Shopping was easy. A few prices in my cart kept changing. It finally corrected itself. Checkout was a bit archaic and cumbersome.
FedEx shipping was a bit rough. Box was crushed on one side and had a hole in it but contents were thankfully undamaged due to your extra careful packaging.
My items were excellently packed! I've had oil shipped before from other vendors who couldn't seem to figure out how to pack a glass bottle so that it could arrive at destination intact. Supermarketitaly knows how to pack their delicious bottled goodness.
I have no complaints; I order stuff and it comes in a box. I mean, what more can you ask for.

After the order was placed, the email about the product out of stock was sent to me a week after.
Found item and made purchase. Suggest carrying sugar packets (i.e. Splenda, Equal, Sweet 'N Low, Sugar In The Raw, etc.)
I was surprised how fast my order showed up and ordered more.
