Always great product, did not receive timely shipping info, got the email asking if I received prodcut. I got shipping info after I responded to email saying I had not received it yet. Better upfront communication would be nice. I would definitely keep buying from this company. Love the product.

I like shopping online.Then going in and walking around the store plus you have the packages in bulk I'd rather buy in bulk.

Tired of broken jars & dented cans from other source, I gave you a try. You put a good effort into packing, but (unfortunately) one of the two jars of Silly Cow Farms hot chocolate mix arrived broken. Maybe the only solution is to not order items with breakable containers. I may order from you again but only the unbreakable items.

Still did not received any shipment, very slow process. It's already 15 days, did not receive anything still, very bad.
