The items were all very good quality. Only disappointment was the bag of chocolate covered cookies, as the chocolate melted all over the inside of the bag.
The web sort is a little difficult to navigate and so many items show up as out of stock Would prefer more filters to narrow my search on Supermarket Italy website
When I was placing my order, a little glitch must have happened. I was not credited with my discount when I checked out. I sent a note to customer service and got an immediate response from Angie, who took care of my discount so speedily and graciously.
Have not tried all the products at this time. I will comment when I have used this item.
Very rich and moist, My visitors insisted upon receiving the recipe. I referred my guest the Supermarket

Great selection and some great values! But when they arrived (in two boxes, though I bet they could have used one), every item was in a plastic bag, then wrapped with double plastic wrap (on top of paper and additional plastic AIRplus packets), which made sense for the glass bottles of non-alcoholic wine, but not for the cookies or the soaps. And there is cardboard packaging that is used by wine shops to ship that are perfectly safe for the task. I filled a huge garbage bag (stuffed tight) with the plastic.
I have shopped at Supermarket Italy several times and have always been very satisfied with my shopping experience. If there is any issue with my order, I receive an email and can get that issue resolved quickly and with confidence.

The products are what I wanted but arriving with melted ice product and at warm temp is not a good thing
