I have been using supermarket23.com for over 1 year for my husband in habana the service is great and fast never a problem...

It's a pity that offering such a variety of products, they offer such terrible service. I don't recommend it at all

Los precios son excesivos, queremos ayudar a nuestra flia, pero es casi imposible, muy caro todo!

Teniendo un servicio de ayuda con un numero 800 de aqui en EEUU...
Te atienden rapido... pero no resuelven... para las provincias la entrega se demoran mas de 3 semanas. No te dan indicacion de donde puede estar la mercacia. Solo "en distribucion"... acostumbrado a Amazon. No estoy satisfecho con la compañia... se me olvida que es Cuba y es una porqueria

Desafortunadamente no vale la pena comprar aqui, aparte que los precios son ridiculamentes altos, el servicio al publico y la entragas a domicilio es pesimo. Mi mama sigue esperando por cosas que yo le envie pero nunca recibio, no se cuantas veces he hablado con custumer service y solo dicen que investigan y nada de mandarle lo que le falta. Llame hoy y nada de recibir ( se esperaba el 2.11) una orden que hice en Octobre 2, la tercera vez que "envian" lo que le falta y mi mama no recibio nada.

Don't waste your money here, outrageous prices, bad service, bad delivery and bad customer service. I'm still waiting for an answer for my mom missing items that I purchase a month ago. She hasn't received it and every time I called and ask for it they say the same thing, is going to be deliver next time, well it did not happened not even the third time!. They still " investigating " but nothing. They lost me as a client.

Compro en esta aplicación desde que comenzaron con combos de aseos personales etc.Han crecido y se han expandido con más productos pero lamentablemente los productos refrigerados no tienen calidad. Compré 4 potes de queso crema para mi familia y le llegaron podridos. Ellos después de 7 días no se hacen responsables de nada.Si te cobran 12$ y pico por pote mas el envío pero si está en mal estado y tu familia no te llamo corriendo y te lo dijo antes de 7 días, lo sienten mucho pero perdiste tu dinero y pídele a Dios porque tu familia no se enferme si se le ocurrió probar esto pensando que este producto viene de una agencia responsable.No le aconsejo comprar por aquí para su familia por lo menos queso crema.

Cobran a precio de oro, no entregan a tiempo y cuando llamas a DesAtención al Cliente te dicen con la cara muy dura que ellos no saben nada así que no te pueden ayudar… y tú: ahhhhh; pero qué compañía es está, qué tipo de Costumer Service es este? Pero bien que te cobran al vuelo!

I've ordered many times for delivery to La Habana, and the food is fresh and has been delivered very quickly. My family is very happy with the good that gets delivered.

Una calidad pésima del producto, y los precios han aumentado en extremo, compré un paque para mi familia en Cuba, entre los artículos que pague estaba un cartón de 30 huevos por $17 dólares (3 o 4 veces más) y de los 30 hubo 15 podridos. Si no se garantiza la calidad de los productos y un precio razonable perderán muchos clientes, ese es solo un ejemplo pero el más garrafal. Se aprovechan de la carencia alimenticia y de los familiares desesperados por ayudar a los suyos. NUNCA MÁS LES COMPRO! Les puse una estrella solo para que me dejara submitirlo no porque la merecen.

I have read several negative reviews about Supermarket 23 and I am pretty surprised. For about 18 months Supermarket 23 has been my go to store to help my family, and I am just amazed at their reliability and professionalism, and at how fast they make deliveries, even on Sundays! During the harsh 6 or 9 first months that followed the start of the pandemic and the severe restrictive measures taken in Cuba, they remained the only reliable online shop standing, where one could always finds a great variety of products to purchase for their family; and they have kept all their excellent business standards to this day. They are not to be blamed for the high prices, that for the government to deal with. Bravo Supermarket 23!

Most of the stuff are so expensive that you can't even think of buying them. But they have the best variety of them all, so what I do is to look for only the things that I'm able to afford and the rest, like beef, pork and chicken I get them from Katapulk which is a lot cheaper, very affordable in fact, (not during the holidays though, as everything goes up for them so they have to pass it on to the consumer) but they don't have nearly as much of the things that these people have, even though most of the time you can't even afford them, as half of the items are ridiculously expensive.

Por favor no pierdan su dinero miserablemente con esta llamada compañía que en mi experiencia lo que hacen es aprovecharse descaradamente de las personas q desean ayudar a sus familiares en Cuba, Se están enriqueciendo con estas especuladoras y usureras ofertas a esos precios q resultan ser hasta 10 veces su valor en Cuba. Seria de mayor ayuda para familiar hacerles llegar ese dinero al país, y no comprarles ni las gracias a esta compañía q además te pueden decir q no ha pasado la compra y te pueden cobrar doble o triple sin posibilibidad de reembolsos. Verguenza debería darles. Cuiden su dinero esto Supermarket 23.com debería ser denunciada a Better Business Burea como un negocio fraudulento, No está bien engañar a la personas a tal magnitud.

Be careful, they will give hard time to refund your money if merchandise is out of stock. My first and only purchase was 3 weeks ago and still waiting for a refund.!

Tengan mucho cuidado no te reembolsan el dinero si la mercansia se agota. Mi primera y unica compra fue hace tres semanas de 248.00 y todavia estoy esperando que me devuelvan mi dinero.

I have used this site many times.The delivery is always on time, Service is very good. The variety of product is ok, considering the situation of Cuba.
The only thing I wish this online market improves is the multiple shipping charges when your order comes from different providers. Other than that, THIS A VERY GOOD CHOICE FOR CUBAN RELATIVES TO HELP THEIR LOVE ONES.

Don't waste your time, run by conmen. You will pay and never receive anything. DO NOT TRUST UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! You have been warned

I had a prior excellent experience with supermarket 23 before the Pandemic a 5 star review.

But Now it's just a waste of time, effort and false hope. You'll make your shopping list only to be told after your purchase your items are not available.

This website needs to be shut down until the supplies are in stock or I'm sure they'll get similar reviews.

Until then don't order.

No envien nada por supermarket23 es una estafa. Yo envie por primera ves escogí solo carnes tres tipos, ressulta que le llevaron a mi mama la promocion gratis de una picadillo y al lreguntar ella pir lo que yo le envie le dijeron que no lo tenian y punto. Llamo se quejo y respondieron que me devolverian el dinero. Conclusion nunca me dejaron saber nada, al yo reclamarles me respondieron como todo comunista que buscarían la solución mas apropiada y jamas devolverme nada porque les dije que la solución era mi dinero de vuelta. Conclusion es una estafa, después me entere con una colega que envio carne de cerdo por ahi que le habia llegado en mal estado a su familiar.
