I am disabled and retired when last fall I started receiving People and Glamour magazines. I never ordered them and I just got through to. People Mag to cancel and they said they were ordered through Sub Co and gave me a # to call! This is crazy that they just sign you up!

Scam

Two years ago this company started sending me several magazines without my permission. I s don't know how they got my credit card number. After several calls, they finally gave my money back but I am still receiving these magazines, stuffing my mailbox. Trying to get them to stop, I am put on never ending hold. Do not talk to these people or deal with them in any way!

RIPOFF

This company should be shut down ASAP they send magazines to people without them ordering them or consent to pay. When you call they NEVER pick up the phone it shocks me that places like this exist. Good luck to anyone who gets a magazine from them!

My name is Bob from Pennsylvania and I had the occasion to contact Subco after receiving magazines I had not ordered. I expected to be given a hard time but it was the complete opposite. A very pleasant lady named Maura answered my call and was so helpful and knowledgeable. This woman took customer service seriously and made sure I was completely satisfied with Subco before our conversation ended. Could not have been more satisfied.
Kudos to Maura---a terrific employee.

Edward Arosco rocks!

Thank you Edward for your professionalism, product knowledge and the courteous behavior you demonstrated to me when I called Subco Clearing House located in Fresno, California. I had received a magazine subscription I did not order and Edward handled the matter efficiently and treated me with the utmost respect. He was a delight! Unfortunately, Edward is in a minority of customer service representatives who take pride in their job and elect not to dismiss and rudely "cut off" the customer. I was so impressed with his actions I expressed them to his supervisor Allysha. The world needs more Edwards. Congratulations Subco in hiring a gem.
