I bought two dresses online, one was not in stock (of which I was informed a few days after I placed the order) and the other one was sent and received by me on time. However, I was still charged for the dress that was not in stock, and the other dress did not fit as described and the quality was mediocre. I contacted them for return instructions and was provided the return address right away and promised to receive a refund in 3 days. A month has passed and no refund on either dress. They do not respond to my messages (email or Facebook) and I cannot find their phone number anywhere. NOT RECOMMENDED - the product quality is poor and customer service is horrendous!

P.S. UPDATE: they did refund the money after a long uphill battle. I'd still not recommend this website. The quality of dresses is poor and customer service is non existent. It seems that people who gave them 5 stars never had to deal with exchanging or returning an item. Not worth it in my view.

I ordered to this site for the first time it was in a flash sale. I paid off half of the original price. Purchased mini dress, i ordered first a small size and few hours after i ordered i changed my mind, I emailed them to change it to large. I stand 5 ft and 6 inches, skinny, so large will be perfect and definitely yes! The good thing, they replied quickly, It did't take too long from my email concerned. I received it few days ago, I am a happy customer, quality is best, the packaging itself, the receipt, quality of the material is really worth for my money! I took pictures of the packaging, the receipt, that's my proof of quality service they have, It took longer though, it came from China to United States, I understand that, ordered it last December 18 and received it early of January 2016. Not in a hurry though, so its okay. Will order again to this company!

I received the wrong dress in the mail and needed to exchange another due to sizing. They responded with "send us a picture and we'll check to see if we have the actual dress" never heard back from them after a week and 3 emails and a Facebook contact. I was told they would give me a credit for keeping to materials but I don't know whether to keep them or return because I don't know if they have the dress from the site in stock! The clothing was beautiful but the customer service is AWFUL! It's unfortunate that the designers are suffering due to the customer service. I will never use the site again.

Their website looks great, but the quality of 3 of 4 styles I purchased were TERRIBLE. They have serious problems with sizing.
I returned most of what I had bought, and was told I would get a refund in 3 business days from time I send them the tracking number. That was sent to them 12/18, and they recieved the package on 12/30. I have contacted them multiple times with no response and no refund issued (although interestingly Lanny seems to have a lot of time on her hand to go through the reviews on this site and thank customers who gave them a good review!). I sent another online refund request in January, and their rep asked me to tell them which items I needed a refund for! I told them I had not only explained that to them, and provided detailed feedback on every single item I was returning, but had also sent them the tracking number and they had already recieved the package! They said they would issue the refund in 3 business days. Which has already past. I have complained about this company to BBB (https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started) and encourage all other customers who experienced the terrible service as I did to spend some time and do so. They should not be doing business (if I may even call it as such). Taking people's money and not paying back is better called 'Theft' not 'Business'. Seems like they are making their money off of returned items which they don't pay back for. And as consumers we need to put a stop to this scam operation by reporting it to authorities.

Product was good and delivered on time. However, it was a problem with a customer service. Before my order was shipped, the price on one item went down by 40 %.
I was looking for Price match, or store credit...
They were dragging time, sending me generic e-mails, promising to do something. But no solution. At some point, I realized no one cared about that business. Bad sign! No matter how good your product is or how talented your designers. It comes to a customer service.
