I ordered a down coat and it is better than I could've hoped. The designer (Other Crazy) had a great eye for details, such as metal zippers, and other tailoring that made this coat very special. I ordered an XL, thinking it might run small. I was right, and would suggest paying close attention to the sizing. I had questions for customer service, which were all answered. The processing time was reasonable considering that the coat came from Singapore and I think they are made to order.
The dress which I bought from them is overall good in quality.One thing that I will appreciate is their quick delivery system. I didn't get any hassle receiving the product to my address. Thank you 'stylewe.com'.
Took 3-4 weeks to receive order. Size was a fraction of what was stated in the size chart. I contacted them to return the item, but they have not responded in well ovar the 24 hours they said they would respond in. I tried to email them again but their website won't submit the email. Some serious problems with this company. And what's with this taking a photo of the package? I will never order from them again.
After my first review I was contacted by customer service rep. We agreed on the exchange (without extra cost) and expected delivery date.
I like what I see on their site and will order more if this order goes well.

I accidentally came across the StyleWe website and was drawn in by the designs. The many designers on the site gave me plenty of styles to choose from. I placed my first order last month and was so pleased with the quality of the material and the workmanship of the garments. I loved them. I just yesterday placed my second order. I like the site because no one else will be wearing the dress I am wearing and I like that feeling. What sold me was the high quality materials used and the workmanship. The prices are reasonable and I felt I got the quality that I paid for.
Last week I have purchased a dress from this site, their response was very quick. They arranged to ship the dress to my address in time and I received the product as I saw in the site. Fantastic online shopping mart.

I received my items right on time. First of all let me say the packaging was beautifully done. Every dress was put in a zip lock looking packaging and so organized and even my receipt was put in a envelope. Nicely done. The dresses I recieved was exactly like I saw on the website. The quality was great and the sizes were exact. At the beginning I was little unhappy with their customer service but seeing the items and the way they handled everything definitely made up for that. I would definitely order again.

I bought 2 items. Kept one and asked for address to return item 2. They bounced email asking for return instructions. This is the same email i used when asking for delivery info which they responded to earlier hmmm. Hoping that they can hold me off for 30 days so the item becomes unreturnable? I specifically asked this question before i made a purchase.

My first purchase consisted of 2 silk tunics. I had some anxiety about the fabric not being as nice as I imagined it to be--sometimes, you never know what will arrive. I'm happy to say that the tops exceeded my expectations in every way! Quality manufacturing; lovely design; beautiful prints, but best of all the fabric was as light, floaty, and fabulous as I hoped it would be. I was so pleased with the items that I've ordered 2 more tunics (mini dresses but I'll wear them with crop leggings), and can't wait till they arrive.
Note: One of the dresses is on back order, so they volunteered to ship it express for free when it becomes available. That's customer service!

Do not order from Stylewe, the majority of positive reviews on this site are not ligitimate. I jumped through all their ridiculous hoops to return two dresses, which included requesting their return address five separate times, taking pics of the return box and receipt. I went a step further and sent them a picture of the tracking report, which proved the dresses were received on January 27th. I've sent 7 e mails and none have been returned. After reading other reviews on different sites, this is not uncommon. Many consumers are left without a credit plus shipping costs. I can't even get started on the actually dresses verses the pictures on their website. I'm now reporting them to the BBB, the NY State Attorney Generals office and Paypal. Stylewe is a fraudulent company, do not order from them!

I love the 2 dresses I've gotten so far - they look and fit exactly as pictured, and I get a ton of compliments on both. I'm not sure how long they'll last, but I will not be wearing them very often anyway because of their uniqueness. The shipping WAS slow, as indicated in some negative reviews, and there was no notification when the order went out or any tracking information. I did email customer service when I felt too much time had gone by without me knowing what's going on with the order, and they got back to me the following day and let me know my order status. So that was all good, but I didn't need to return anything, and now that I've heard all the horror stories about returns I'm hesitant to order more. Also, I had a promo code and there was no spot to put it in during the checkout process. Very strange!
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
Answer: My two pieces were crazy, too long, too small in shoulder And bust, And sleeves were way too tight- Better stay away- not worth the hazel. The garmets are nothing like the images!
Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away. Do not waste your money with this company.
