I contacted the company on 9/13. My order on was shipped on 8/5 and they stated it would arrive in 7-10 days. I was away and returned to my dresses on 8/17. After planning and celebrating my daughter's wedding on our farm, I sent an email for the returns on 9/13. I was keeping, and happy with, 2 of the dresses. I have no idea the exact date of delivery, but I within the window noted in the email. This is ridiculous! I have never dealt with a company that will not work with their customers. They sold 2 dresses and I would have probably shopped there again and told friends about it. It is very frustrating not to be able to call and talk to a person!
I bought the Blue Work Swing Silk Dress and when buying it they have that the "belt is different". Try. THE WHOLE DRESS IS DIFFERENT haha. I will not be buying from this company again. It's a sham. The synched waste of the dress is RIGHT under my bosom and is about half the length shown in the picture which is not flattering at all and looks more babydoll/maternity than slimming. The material and length of the dress are nothing like the picture. Cheap, ugly dress that I'll never wear. Thanks for wasting my money with your false advertising StyleWe!

Black Padded Ruched One-Piece from SASLAX is a very cute and sexy swimsuit. It is a flattering suit for full figured women. The material is of good quality, but it was a little short for me. The thing I liked the most is it reduced by belly looks. I am so pleased with the swimsuit.

The fittings are great, and I am happy with the delivery schedules. It fits me well and gives me more support. Earlier during my workout, my breast used to hurt but not anymore!
I placed my order over a month ago - it was never delivered to me and it has been a PAINFUL process. StyleWe has had me do all of the administrative legwork to track the package, has had me do back to the shipper (THEIR VENDOR) several times and has made me feel like a criminal. Agree with the prior comment that it takes a full 24+hours to get a response, which is usually vague and dumps the problem back on the customer.
I really wanted to try the product and kept asking them to resend the order, but at 33 days post order I have finally given up - I have already filed a claim with both my credit card and PayPal to address the issue from this point.
The 'funny' thing is I'd also placed an order with Zappos recently - StyleWe could really learn a lot from the fabulous customer service provided by Zappos. I gave StyleWe a one-star rating only because this site requires a rating - a negative star would have been more appropriate.

10/5/16 UPDATE - Stylewe has been super cooperative since submitting my first review. They have emailed me several times with the return information (that I originally wrote about), have acknowledged my return (with the picture of my return tracking from USPS) & they will have my $$ issued within 1 week.
Ordered a dress & it was poorly made. Not only did it feel cheap, it LOOKED cheap. I cannot, for the life of me, get in touch with anybody to return it! I've had 4 pop-ups conversations with "customer service" & have yet to receive the return shipping info. I'm about to dispute the charge on my credit card if this company doesn't get their s**t together.

I like white T-shirts, which do not look like T-Shirts. It helps me to conceal my troublesome areas. Try it and I am sure you are going to love it. I bought this jacket to layer some of my clothes. The cute ensemble makes it a perfect fit for my body. It is such a versatile piece with an elegant print on it. The bomber jacket is not ideal for winters. If you are buying it for warmth, you might be disappointed. Otherwise, it is a great option.
Your size clothes is not for the average sized people. Runs very small, I'm usually a 8/10, I bought XXL and it's way too tight on me. However, you do have beautiful clothes, just can't fit. So I am highly disappointed because I loved the dress.

This swimsuit is nothing fancy but it does its job beautifully. The fit is great for me and its stays in place. I have been using it for quite some time now and it hasn't lost its elasticity. I sue it for swimming laps a couple of times a week. It is easy to get into it due to the basic back straps, unlike racer back suits. Very nice!
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
