Still no refund

After emailing 4 times and calling 5 they finally sent me a return label. Don't expect to get one on their site. They don't really want your returns.

The return was processed 75 days ago--STILL NO REFUND. They just kept the dress and the money.

But they are in CHINA--so no recourse for us shoppers.

And the dress was a mess. Crooked seams, sections unsown altogether--it looked like an 8 year old made it. Maybe one did. You know how they use child labor in China.

We checked the email record and found no record asking for a return of this order. Then you called On July 26 and we sent the return label to you immediately after your call.

Basically, to submit a return request, you need to log in your StyleWe account and then go to My order and request return. If you cannot do it, you can tell us you cannot do it and we will surely help.

This short sleeve printed midi is quite elegant and cool. I love to wear it. It is one of my favorite casual wear which I bought from Stylewe. With beautiful prints on a cotton fabric, the H-line silhouette is very much comfortable to wear. Fantastic items indeed.

Dress from StyleSing, obviously (with same styles) a version of StyleWe, is labeled XXL, which is supposed to be for a bust of 106 cm -- 41.7 inches -- and loose, at that. Instead, the dress is, at best, an M (medium). I ought to have trusted the reviews that said to not trust the Chinese sizing lies. Well, here is another of those reviews.

My cute little sister is quite fashion freak, and she usually does her shopping from Stylewe. She took me to this store, and I found this Floral-print Apricot Stand Collar Short Sleeve Midi Dress so lovely and classy. I was skeptical about its quality since it appeared very special on the catalog. But, I was wrong. There was no difference between the real product and the catalog pics. Shopping is a happy experience with Stylewe.

My midi dress
When one of my friends suggested Stylewe, I half-heartedly logged into their online store; because I never heard of Stylewe and hence was skeptical of their collection and quality. But to be honest I was literally impressed, when I saw the A-line silhouette with polyester material, crew neckline, and floral print casual midi dress. It was an unbelievable experience. I had my dress delivered on the 4th day of my purchase. I am certainly looking forward to making some more such purchases.

Waiting for my dress ordered. 3 weeks after, still no news from stylewe till I called them. And they told me that my order not going to be ready for another a week. After a week I'm the one to called them again to check if my order ready. And they said, they need another 3days to finishing up. But, seem they Never informed the customer, we the one that have to call or emailed. And always offer to give discount for future (ex. $10 off over $100 or $20 off over $150)
They just need to fix their customer service. To informed the customer for their order. We already paid for that one. But, nobody tell us anything. Till we the one call or email them.

I purchased six items over a short period. Three had to be returned. Getting all of the labels and preparing them for return took an inordinate amount of time. It is not included in the package, you have to go on line and follow very lengthy and confusing instructions to get your return labels. You then pay to return. Each item returned had their shipping label attached. I receive an email that they did not receive one of the items. I have sent the shipping number, date and a picture of the item. Many emails have passed between to no avail. I am simple out the money I paid and they have no solution. Additionally, if you purchase an item and it goes on sale and you return it. They refund the sales price. I do a lot of mail order and this is a nightmare compared to dealing with any other company I have dealt with. I am sure that the designers they represent would not condone this process. N Tuck

This clothing site does amazing sales. I compared items and prices across many. This worked out more expensive... But I was pleasantly satisfied by the quality of the items too. This is something I really look for in clothes. As I make an investment, I want those to last... After several washes already the items are still in the same shape.

I bought a dress which is very beautiful and gorgeous.The quality was incredible for such a low cost.
