I purchased a dress on 8/22/23 and after 16 days the shipping status says mmm still shows "processing". I sent multiple emails to the c.s. Department only to be told the dress had been shipped and I was sent another tracking #. The tracking number has been idle as of 8/30/23 with notice that the item has not been received by the post office. Today I received an email saying I was being issued a partial refund on an item that was never shipped. Please don't use this company. As a consumer if a company feels obliged to hurt our pockets we should do the same to them. DO NOT BUT FROM STYLEWE OR THEIR SUBSIDIARIES. Enough is enough. Let's send a message until shady practices are no longer tolerated.

Clotting items are not true to size. That's why I only buy Macy's INC international clothing. They are true to size for Women with curves and hips.

The items I bought do not fit. Two of the items were size 1x which is like a 16/18 these sweaters are humongous for like a 300 lbs woman maybe even larger. I have requested return labels twice and have received none. Usually returns are very easy. I even did the live chat after she asked for order and item number she did not inform me of what the next step should be. There are nice things on the site but a return should not be this difficult. Improvements are needed on site all I can view is a page with my order indicating processing. This page i received when i originally made the order the beginning of September it is now October. I never received an email when things were shipped out. I only have received items late September and now October. I opened an account and was not able to view my items. Need help..

I have ordered several things,, I ordered a dress its fine arrived on time and it fits well.But the pantsuit I ordered and really wanted it to wear to an event,,the blouse came I ordered my size according to it sizing blouse too small but fabric is beautiful but I haven't received the pants and it's been well over a month going on two now. Disappointed with StyleWe because they have some things I'm interested in but scared too order again afraid that it will be too small or not arrived at all.

It's been easy to use but will provide additional information once I receive my purchase items
I ordered a dress Aug 31/23. It stated I would receive it in 2-3 weeks. Its Oct 3/23 today. I still have not received it. It hasnt even shipped.

Great online shopping; competitive pricing
Everything comes super compressed. Blouses or dresses got super wrinkled. No like the materials! And always take forever to receive the order.
I found it very difficult to find out how to return unwanted items. After finally learning that it was necessary to chat first to receive an authorization code, I did just that. Well, it has been over three days since that request was made and I have not received the authorization code yet. I was also promised by the chat associate that a copy of the chat will be emailed to me. I never received that either. The return process stinks.

StyleWe acts fast to get payment, but the delivery, it drags without effective follow up. I am very frustrating with your service.
I love the dress that I ordered and received but, they are real slow with the pre-sale item that I ordered and its past the date that it should have shipped.
I'm glad my discount code went through. I'm also glad that its fits well and can be worn in dressy way or very casual.
The site is always fast and safe to order from. I have never had a problem.
The clothing material is of poor quality & so is the craftmenship. Ive been trying to return items & they just will refund $8 US dollars. The total was way over $100 US. I'm very disappointed. Never order from Style. The clothing are a caracture of what they advertise.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
