Order a few clothing items arms were small and did not fit. Unable to reorder or get a refund. Customer service number non existence and no response to my emails requesting a refund. Wish this could have work out - love the look of clothing and the one summer dress received is perfect. (just no sleeves). Risky, but good quality of clothing, if it fits.
Order only if you have skinny arms, not average size (my junior size daughter couldn't get her through the sleeves)

In my order was a beautiful dress which I had planned to wear to a special occasion. The dress, according to the website, was available when I paid. However I was informed shortly thereafter, that the dress had sold out. I was refunded without problem, however it should have shown sold out on the website.
Easy to use website. Clothing is beautiful. However if possible it would help if there was an indication of the fabric. For example, if the skirt is wool, linen, cotton, etc.
Website is extremely easy to navigate.

On the very last order, I only got 1 instead of the 2 belts. I really like the quality of your products, the only thing is that you take too long to get!
I ordered a suit from Stylewe, that in the photos looked fabulous. When part of the actual product arrived, the fabric print was the same but the cut, the quality and the fit were really bad. I am sure that some of their products equal their description, but in my case, Stylewe was not a good fit.
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
Answer: My two pieces were crazy, too long, too small in shoulder And bust, And sleeves were way too tight- Better stay away- not worth the hazel. The garmets are nothing like the images!
Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
