My suit was shipped to the wrong person. And I received someone else's suit. Paul with StudioSuits gave a stranger my home address and phone number without asking me first. I then had to take my time and repackage the wrong suit and mail it to the correct customer. Not only did I purchase a suit from StudioSuit but I also received the stress and worry of identity theft due to my personal information being compromised.

I sent in my measurements and waited. When the pants came, the fit was way off. They were way too baggy and the seams were puckered down the legs. In addition the "linen" fabric was very low quality and felt more like a cheap polyester/linen blend. I absolutely would not recommmend these pants for this price.

I took them to my tailor and she did what she could but with the low quality fabric she could only do so much.

Purchased my wedding suit after receiving a fabric sample and 4 weeks later I get an update that my suit will be arriving in a week. Upon receiving it, the pants needed some adjustments which could easily be done by a tailor. But, even though I followed the website's sizing methods, the jacket didn't allow for me to move my arms unless I did a weird arch pulling my shoulders back. The rest of the jacket didn't quite sit right either. After sending in photos as proof and requesting how to get it fixed, they replied after a week and only to request more photos.
By this time I could no longer wait the 3 weeks shipping as my wedding was 2 weeks away. I had buy another suit and pay a local tailor for a rushed fitting just to get my wedding suit in time.
Long story short, go to Kohls and get a cheap suit which is about 1 size too large and go to a tailor instead of buying from Studio Suits.

Nice and easy. Hope everything works out like this part.

Suit fit how it should, came in the mail within a few weeks as advertised

I stupidly ordered my suit too close to the wedding day, but StudioSuits pulled thru and expedited delivery to have it arrive just days ahead. I can't thank you enough!

Great customer service when I had a couple of clarifying questions during process; Studio Suits took extra effort to make sure I got what I was looking for. This is a great linen suit for Arizona summers!

I ordered a tweed suit I'm ready size 40R a jacket and 36R trouser based off of professional tailored measurements. When the suit arrived, the sleeves of the jacket are short by 1.5", the chest was short by 3", and the trousers front rise is at least 3" short. So short that I can't even get the trousers up to my waistline. When I emailed customer support about the discrepancies, they told me all the measurements were correct. I showed them pictures of me wearing the suit with the tape to prove the discrepancies, they just ignored me and told me I measure incorrectly. Apparently they measure their suits when the suit is laying flat, which will never match up to anyone's measurement. Each time I send them pictures of the suit being measured (whether it be wearing the suit or laying flat), they will refuse to acknowledge the visible discrepancies and say that I'm measuring wrong. A continuous running in circles with not progress. Their method of measuring is never mentioned on the website, so this is highly misleading and purposefully so they can avoid honoring their policies.

Payment methods other than pay pal would be nice. Also weird measurements places. Other than that everything was smooth.

Actually easy, but European customers the measurement should be able straight in metric

It was a Quick 'n' Easy experience. I was very pleased.

I spent about an hour measuring myself to get my exact size, when it came, everything was too small and too tight. The color is not what I wanted. They advertised a color they didn't even have, they did not help me fix anything, and they wouldn't even cancel my order when I asked. Terrible service. Doesn't matter if the suit is already made, you should be able to cancel it no matter what. Don't buy from here.

The pants which I ordered do not fit at all from the back side. Butt cheeks are very visible while the pants fir otherwise. This makes the pants unusable.

Jacket not close to correct color and material was tatty, looked worn. Customer service was very unhelpful, they had their money. They pushed a poor product with a nice looking website.
