I don't know why Ijm getting this now. Yes I received the order and it came with a stain. I have been discussing with sandra for a while. I just paid shipping for a new jacket today. She knows what happened talk to her. I sent her pictures.

I received the jacket and immediately realized it was way too small - I am a size 42L - have always been a 42L and despite having recently lost 20 lbs, this jacket was so tight across the shoulders, I feared damaging it just trying it on. The sleeves were at least an inch and a half too short.

I wrote back requesting a return authorization which led to a long thread with rep "Monica" who asked me to photograph several tedious measurements of the garment, which I did, (despite having no use for the item since it did not fit!). Monica just critiqued my measurement precision and it went back and forth for days! I then submitted a complaint with Studio Suits on the website which apparently went nowhere. I can submit the entire email thread and photographic evidence if this link accepts such information. I suspect this link won't even accept this reply since there was no option for "Yes, I received it and I am not happy!"

I want a return authorization ASAP and a full refund ~

The jacket was too long. I ordered a size 46 Regular, but it looks more like a size 48 Long.
Also, the pants was too long. (Even thought this can easily be corrected). Pants did not have any lining.

In addition, I ordered a suit with double side vents but what I received was a single vent. For a suite that cost over $760, I expected way better than what I got.

The online shopping experience made selecting a suit and measuring for it quite easy. The measuring instructions were immensely helpful and the accessory selection process was very straightforward. I was skeptical about ordering a suit online and figured it wouldn't fit. However, StudioSuits made the ordering process pretty easy and, although shipping took over 4 weeks, the suit fit once it got here!

We ordered our Wedding jackets from their red carpet collection and they were phenomenal. The process was very easy, and they even emailed back to question one of the measurements, because it seemed off, and sure enough they were right! Their attention to detail and overall finished product is exceptional. We cannot be happier with their service and quality of work. The guests at our wedding were equally blown away by how fabulous our jackets looked. Definitely 10 out of 10! Highly recommend them

J'ai tout de suite été séduit par la diversité et la qualité des costumes présents sur leur site. Quand j'ai commandé un costume sur Studiosuits, j'étais un peu perdu au niveau des mesures mais un professionnel en la matière à su me guider afin que je puisse obtenir les mensurations idéales. Résultat, la qualité du costume est vraiment top et il me va à merveille. Cela à valu le coup d'attendre un bon mois avant de le recevoir.

UPDATE: Suit arrived just in the nick of time; can't help but think it was due to my reaching out and poking/prodding, which is OK. I am glad it arrived. For constructive feedback on quality, the tail vent was sewn unevenly (one side higher than other). Other than that, suit fits great.

Having an resource for well made, custom suits can't be compared to any other shopping experience.

The overall experience was very easy going. I would like a couple more updates, given the wait time is roughly 4-6 weeks. But they had great customer service and the website was very easy to use. I would recommend really making sure your measurements are on point but also slightly accepting of some extra movement.

I like my suit, but got my suit 1 month late. Ups delivered my suit late, no good for shipping I am very on happy.

Studio Suits website was great and helped me understand how to put in my custom measurements. I can't wait to see my custom suit.

I had a minor issue with my suit being delayed. I ordered the suit as part of a wedding party and was concerned (plus, the groom is slightly anxious about every little detail of the wedding) that my suit had been forgotten. It happens. I contacted customer support and received a very quick and useful response. The suit was dispatched within a few days of contacting CS and arrived quickly once shipped. The company then followed up via email to make sure I received the suit.

Terrible. The size chart on the website is very confusing, said by multiple people. We received the suits in the mail, NONE OF IT FITS. Emailed the company and let them know if we cannot ship the ones we have back and get new sizes prior to our wedding date we would need our money back as we spent $900. After days of waiting for a response, they asked if the sizes were "true to order". I expressed how confusing and inaccurate their size chart is, we even sized up 2 sizes for a friend we ordered for and his was way too small. I had a tailor look at their size chart and they said it made no sense. They were too small to be altered or we would have gone that road. After getting ONE email response per day, they said they would "kindly" send me an $80 giftcard to REORDER ALL GARMENTS. After telling them I needed to speak with a manager as we did not want to reorder from this company they upped it to $100. We can send all garments back, they can be reused for anyone that orders those sizes. Still have only heard from someone once a day and have yet to hear from a manager. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Customer service is terrible, no phone number to call, days to get a response and they will take your money and not care if nothing works. Another note, they stated we could not even reorder suits because the fabric was out of stick but when I go to their site it says it's available. Terrible company. T minus 9 days until our wedding and we are still trying to get our money back and scramble to find new suits.
