I ordered a suit and shirts for my wedding party. The choices were great and the overall process was relatively easy. Everything fit great but the style jacket that I ordered was incorrect.

The jacket arrived unwearable. There was visible external stitching on the sleeves and the shoulders were so poorly constructed that they puffed and drooped. SS customer support said this as a result of the suits being handmade and they gave me a $50 credit to have the problems fixed locally. But my Taylor said fixing the shoulders would cost $135 so I had to throw the jacket away. The pants are nice

Purchased a pair of standard size cotton pants for $158 only to receive them and realize you could see the pockets and any underwear through the thin, cheap fabric. When I contacted customer service, I was told they were still considered custom made and that I hadn't ordered lining for added cost, and they weren't returnable. How, as a first-time customer, are you supposed to know their fabric is so cheap and see-through? Horrible waste of money!

#******* was a NAVY DB SPORT JACKET AND THE OTHER WAS A GREEN & RUST SPORT JACKET WELL THE NAVY JACKET MATERIAL WAS NO LONGER IN STOCK SO I SENT AN ADDITIONAL $31 AND It WAS ADDED TO THE PRICE OF THE NAVY JACKET THAT WAS OUT OF STOCK AND FOR $255 I ORDERED A PURE BLACK DOUBLE BREASTED LINEN SUIT IN PLACE OF THE NAVY SPORT JACKET SO TO MAKE SURE THEY GOT MY ORDER CORRECT I TOLD SANDRA AND ANOTHER LADY SO THEY WOULD GET IT CORRECT (WELL HAPPEN) MY ORDER ARRIVED AND I HAD ONLY THE DB SUIT JACKET TO THE DOUBLE BREASTED SUIT NO DAM PANTS HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN ITS BECAUSE YOUR WORKERS DONT GIVE A DAM ABOUT THEIR JOB OR THE CUSTOMERS SO I HAVE TWO ORDERS LEFT #******* & ******* AND MY PURE BLACK LINEN THAT GOES WITH MY DB JACKET IS SUPPOSE TO BE IN THIS SHIPMENT

Great suit! Good material. We measured twice to make sure we had all the measurements down but it still needs to be tailored. But overall pleased.

They were wonderful to work with, and communicated with us as needed.

I ordered a 46R; what I got was far too small. Sleeves were 4" too short and I can't button the jacket. They refused to accept responsibility and refused a refund. Horrible customer service. All my other jackets are 46R, so it was on them.

At. First, I thought it was taking too long for the jacket to be delivered, but when I got it, my husband and I were so pleased we decided it was worth the wait!

Terrible experience. Still waiting on pants 2 months later.

Good to work with. Suit is good--pants just don't fit exactly right.

Slightly short jacket arm length, not happy with single split

Suit very well made. Unfortunately, my measurements, especially for the jacket, did not fit one of the standard sizes, so I had to compromise. This resulted in a jacket that was far too big for me.

I hate this tuxedo jacket, studio suit's ruined my wedding day this was the worst choice I ever went with and regret buying the tuxedo jacket the picture they have on there website is a fraud a fake a lie,false advertising I can't believe the company allows this false advertising,the lapel was covering almost my whole pocket and in the pictures on the studio suit website it did not look like that at all.the lapels was totally a faded black,the rushed the whole process,the customer service was horrible they took 3weeks to respond to the problem that I addressed.like what kind of customer service is that.Paul should be fired along with the person who did that jacket I regret studiosuits I recommend everyone to not buy from this pathetic fake website they will rip you off

Overall experience was great. I emailed with a question about a specific suit and was advised to get a sample selection and I'm very glad I did.

Do not buy from here! We bought 2 suits on the same order for two different people. Same person measured both people. One suit fits fine. The other suit coat is so tight it can't be worn. Response from customer service was "oh well!". Td me they'd give me a $50 gift certificate to co.pensate me for the altering I now need to pay for. Well a $50 gift certificate to Studio Sujts sure won't pay for my alteration at a local seamstress. $300 for theses suits is way overpriced, especially given our experience. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

I ordered a corduroy blazer. The tailoring was incompetent and the material was cheap. The entire jacket is a wrinkled mess that will not self-straighten at all because the corduroy is so thin. The camel elbow patches are also thin and anemic.
I didn't bother ordering a replacement because the material is so cheap it wouldn't matter. I would never wear it.
Inside my shipping box was a note saying my jacket was inspected before shipping. If true, then shoddy workmanship is acceptable. The sleeve ends didn't match as one was folded over and sewn at the buttons with excess material poking out. So, the tailor didn't care and neither did the inspector. There are many issues wit the jacket including leaving out paid-for customizations.
StudioSuits is Mickey Mouse in all respects.
Avoid.
