Jacket Color sent was different than jacket color advertised.

Bad customer service. Poor communication. After requesting refund due to out of stock item, Studio Suits continued to insist on me purchasing another suit which was not my wish. The refund took 5-6 weeks. Totally frustrating.

14 suits purchased for a wedding party. Several had issues where the suit was off compared to measurements given. See picture for how uneven the hem on the pants are. For my sons suit, they asked us the take pictures of the suit showing a ruler 4 different times rejecting the pictures for one reason or another. My wife is a seamstress and followed their instructions. Finally, we ran out of time. They refused or stalled on correcting their mistake on every suit. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Very bas as I paid for a suit that as never delivered. Studiosuits takes no responsibility and refuses to re-imburse.

I was running late and the team at StudioSuits; with short notice, reached out to me after I explained the situation and had my order hastened. My suit arrived in great condition and in a timely manner.

You'd better be damn sure that you love the product that you see on line because they WILL NOT accept any returns. I wasted over $250 on an ill-fitting and poorly styled jacket that I will never wear. I guess I will give it to Goodwill.

I ordered two suits of the same size. One suit came almost 2 inches smaller than the other. When contacting customer service regarding the issue, they simply stated that site variations occur because of it being a handmade garment.

I would not call 2 inches a slight variation. They then said if I send them $104 they will remake it for me.

I feel like they intentionally sent it smaller so that they could charge me again for another suit.

The website was easy to use and had a really great selection of suits. I am excited to see how mine looks!

Experience was wonderful. Samples provided made my decision easy to choose my desired liking for a suit.

Sent me the wrong sized clothes. Refused to do anything about it. Scammed me out of over $400. Will not shop here again.

The material is great and almost every measurement was perfect and to what I asked for in the measurement sizes. Unfortunately the chest and waist width's were provided at least one, maybe two sizes larger than specified and the trousers, jacket and waistcoat needed altering to take them back in. Now its been altered it is exactly what I was hoping for and has been noticed and complimented alot.

I think the website is fine. I'm just a bit disappointed because I looked at over a hundred green sports jackets online before I selected this one. I thought the style, fabric and color looked good. Unfortunately the jacket does not fit. I own other 46L jackets and they fit perfectly. This is not a 46L you shipped me. It might be YOUR 46L but you can't have your own sizes in the clothing industry.

We received the suit today which was very fast. Unfortunately, there are multiple issues that are sub-par the quality we've come to expect and know from StudioSuits.

Firstly, the suit was damp and smelled like mildew. It's rancid. I'm not sure if dry cleaning would even remove the atrocious smell.

Secondly, and possibly even more detrimental, the suit looks like it was pulled off a shelve at JC Penny. The shoulders fit but the midsection is extremely floaty. The right pant leg is cut differently than the left and is too tight on my calf and pulls. There are probably other cut-and-tailor issues I'm not aware of as a layman but it utterly falls short of expectation.
