My daughter-in-law had purchased a suit for my son previously. She sent me the measurements and I took it from there. I ordered him a lightweight wool blue suit with vest. He loved it!

We were quoted 3-5 weeks processing time and it took 7 weeks so he didn't even get to wear the custom pants to the intended event and now we are out $150 because studio suits can't process orders efficiently and within their quoted time. All they had to say was sorry for the inconvenience. That's just bad business. Will never recommend them to anyone.

I found Studiosuits in a web search, and liked all the option for a linen suit for the groom. Decided to buy the best man suit too. Shirts and apparel and all come with the options made to measure, and with the perfect fit. Will definitely buy again. Great fabric, lovely colors, and nicely made.

A shopping experience on the website is not their strength. You have only a tiny square as a feedback on the material, and the colour. However the overall customer service is very helpful and they are extra careful about the measurements. The and product was also a very very positive surprise, the material and the size is perfect.

Confusing checkout when using Canadian dollars. Conversion at payment was fine, but presenting prices in USD and prominently pushing PayPal was not my preferred experience.

I purchased a custom-sized linen jacket. I completed 'body' measurements and added a little extra room to be safe.

On arrival, the suit was still too small! - very tight in upper and lower arms, narrow across shoulders and back, tight across stomach. I had not put on any weight between sizing and receiving the jacket.
I contacted StudioSuits to explain my issue and asked for a solution. I explained that my wedding was within 2 months and this needed expediting.

StudioSuits were not helpful - they advised me that they had given extra length in their construction (in addition to may extra sizing already...). They requested pictures of me in the jacket - I sent these showing it was too small. They then requested specific pictures showing the sizing with a tape measure.

This was all taking too long with poor customer service.
I went to a local tailor to search for a solution. Their professional opinion on the suit:
- good quality
- not made well - attachment of arms too low, inner sleeves attached to outer sleeves are constrictive, minimal and uneven additional fabric within lining.

- Suit made poorly and too small (despite originally providing sizes larger than my measurements)
- Minimal excess fabric to allow alterations

I will not be returning to StudioSuits for repeat purchase.

These trousers are excellent. The quality of the fabric is very good and the finishing is also great. It did take a long time to arrive (3-4 weeks) but communication was good and it was worth the wait!
