Customer service won't care they send you a bit fit item.

I've tried putting a review on their website, but they keep deleting them. They are a scam. I got a suit. Didn't like it and didn't fit and couldn't return it or anything. They are the worst

Bad and no returns. Just go buy something off the rack, it's cheaper and better than this.

Ordering was easy, i wish i would have bumped up my sizes in my thigh though, because there is just enough room i cant bend down and tie my shoes though.

The whole experience was very straightforward. You choose the fabric, customise the product to fit you (all of which is explained), and order. Delivery is tracked, so you can see where the product is once dispatched. Result: a perfect fit, and beautifully made garments. I cannot praise Studiosuits too highly. This is a high quality tailoring service. I will be using them again in future.

Despite have several suits, and providing specific measurements, I had to pay $200 in alteration costs for a suit improperly tailored and a loss of $449. I could have gotten a better suit at Macy's. For those who dont know, Studiosuits is in India, but they take great efforts to hide the fact on their website. The suits do not resemble the photos. Absolute disappointment. Waiting to see how it comes back from tailoring but doubtful I will ever wear it.

The unfortunate thing about buying a suit from here is that it's not even a "you get what you pay for" complaint. They do a great job marketing "quality" suits and I got duped. I inherited a tweed suit from my grandpa and really love it. I wanted something similar but in a different color and found this. Seemed like a promising option with customization. Purchase experience was great and easy. Then it was a little while until I heard from them but they never actually asked for my measurements. I have five or six jackets of the same size so figured I'd be good. I opened up the box and the color looked good like what I wanted, and then when I went to try it on, the size was way smaller than any of the other coats I have (all in the same size). The material is very flimsy and thin compared to my grandpa's old suit. The lapel flaps around like I purchased it from Ross. The "custom" buttons are laughably unappealing. My advice to any prospective customers is to save your money and purchase a Tom Ford suit from Nordstrom rack, give it to charity, or maybe even throw it in the trash to save you from inevitable disappointment.

The team was able to get me my order quickly and everyone was friendly.

I had a tough experience getting a suit reordered after the first suit came in and did not fit at all. The measurements on the suit did not match at all with what I sent in. It took almost 5 days to communicate back and forth with customer service before I was able to get a second suit sent out free of charge. Luckily the second suit came back, it fit better than the first, but definitely not the best fit. Not sure I will shop at Studiosuits again.

I haven't received my suit. I can't review a product that never arrived.
