I ordered a custom suit and upon arrival, I was unable to fit my arms into the jacket. It took two tailoring appointments to make it fit and its still not a comfortable fit.

I agree with a the critical reviews on this site. The fit guarantee is a scam and means nothing.
I've spent a month, daily trying to get the crap they sent me remade to no avail. They prevaricate and just ignore correspondence they tell untruths and always blame the client for bad sizing. The only way of getting any satisfaction is to get one's money back with the help of paypal

I will not buy anything from them especially when I saw unprofessional finish I tried to return it and they refused ignoring my customer rights. They don't have a professional customer service at all.
