I was so suprised by the prices for flights available on Student Universe. I was able to book my flight to Ghana this summer for much less than I expected!
I received good service when I called the customer service line. The customer service agent was nice and detail oriented and online booking was pretty smooth. However, it would be appreciated if Student Universe allows for child bookings as well since you book your own ticket online and then spend an hour over the phone to book tickets for your child. Prices come as a surprise and are not necessarily what you paid for your own ticket. I paid $100 extra for my child compared to my own ticket.
