Ordered a C41n1524 battery for my Asus laptop. Amy from storebattery.sg was really helpful and responsive to my problems. The battery I ordered has the Asus logo on it and is working great! Great customer service as well as the product!
Received battery in good condition and it works perfectly so far, Very good customer service from Amy who responded very promptly with all necessary information. The only comment I have is the delivery took too long. The battery arrived in my country after 8 days of placing order but sat in the local warehouse for another 6 days without any action. Despite several calls to check on the delivery, there was still no confirmation of delivery. I eventually have to go down to the warehouse to collect it myself. Very very bad service from the local delivery. I suggest StoreBattery gives the customers the option to choose different paid delivery services. Would have given it a 5-star but because of the local delivery...

We shipped the parcel from China. After the package arrived in Singapore, it was delivered by the local logistics company in Singapore. Since it is almost the end of the year and there are so many packages, the delivery delay may be caused.We have spoken to them about the situation and asked them to address the issue as soon as possible. At first i was scared lol i was thinking maybe its not legit and my money will be gone lol hahaha. I took the risk cause i felt helpless and thank goodness my nec pc vp bp97 arrived today dec 7 2020. I purchased it online on nov30 2020 next time i won't pay for fast delivery to save money cause its legit anyway i know it will arrive lol. If your not in a hurry dont pay fast delivery hahahaha it will save you money. Plus there this girl Amy she super nice she give me correct tracking number. Amy is awesome.

Purchased the hard to find battery for my not so "premium" laptop.
Service is good, great in fact. Received the item in a good packaging, well wrap in bubbles.
Replaced the old, bloated battery and it works just fine.
The website needs a grand redesign, it looks a bit shady at the moment.
Deffinitely going to recomend and repeat order here again.

Original laptop battery was bloated. Decided to give this a try as it seems genuine and no harm trying for the cheaper price tag. Battery is working fine and delivery service was fast. Received it within a week after ordering. Hope it can last. =)
Purchased 2 batteries to replace Hp and Lenovo laptop. Received items in good condition. Quick delivery. Listed as "Genuine" but cannot find any Branding on the batteries. Working fine after replacement, but whether can the batteries last.
Thank you for your comment.The battery we sent to you is original. Only we erased the brand with black pen and used a replacement label to cover it. You can compare our battery with your old battery. They just differ from the logo that ours are erased. You just have to tear off the label and wipe off the black ink to see the Logo. Thanks.
Got a replacement battery for my chuwi minibook, worked fine, not exact fit but the case can be closed on it, i thought it was the original battery that was giving me issues but now i just think theres and issue with the charging port on it, after installing this new one, turned on fine, no battery detected in windows, said 225%, left it plugged in, ended up dying and not recharging, so i think the battery is just fine just that the chuwi minibook is a pos to start with, so i still give the battery 5 stars.
Battery received in good conditions. So far the battery are working very well. Good value for money.
First order of 2 batteries for old laptops which works well (about 4 hours before the low battery indications appears). Thought they are local but shipment came from China instead. Hope it will last.
