Recently bought a replacement battery for my old sony laptop that has been discontinued from sg battery. The online order was eady to use. And I got my battery with just a few days delivered right to my door. Battery was verified to be in good condition.
Have been looking for a replacement battery for an Eee PC with no luck until coming upon StoreBattery.sg. Ordered a replacement for the Eee as well as a Toshiba whose battery had outlived its usefulness. For the Toshiba was able to obtain a higher capacity battery then the original. Service was good and shipping/customs went without a hitch. Batteries work very well and the two laptops can again go for hours without needing to be on the power mains. Pricing reasonable - not a "rock bottom bargain" nor outlandishly expensive - in line with expectations and certainly a cost effective restoration of the laptops which were slowly becoming boat anchors.
Website was a bit cumbersome to "wade through" in order to find the desired products. Fortunately they were found after some convoluted searches.
1. Not sure if I specified in the form, but received white BTY-S12 instead of black.
2. Delivery and tracking email contained non-working links, but on requesting clarification, response was prompt and helpful.
3. Battery received in good condition, well packaged. Battery was in mint condition when tested.
10/10 would order again.
The purchasing process was easy. With the help of pictures describing the inventory, helped in the decision making process. Good customer service response.
Goods delivered quickly and the customer service make sure that I did not order the wrong thing since the same battery model come in two different hook.
Deliver within 2 weeks and received item in good condition. Already use and working.
Product quality is good. But waited bit more than expected.
I made a purchase and the item I ordered got sent out within the next few days. Before confirming the purchase, they asked me to key in the model of my laptop so that they can check the compatibility of the battery I purchased. Really recommend this site!
