I ordered a battery for my laptop. I am extremely pleased with the service provided. The item was dispatched the very next day, I could track the item and the delivery man gave a call before delivering the item.
Got the battery for my HP Pavilion Sleekbook within 1 week of order. So far so good. This is better than what I expected, given that I was given the go-around within the HP organisation (which went through some restructuring) and finally when I got through to the right department, they did not have stocks and I was asked to call their authorised vendor who then told me that I need to wait some 4 to 8 weeks for stocks to arrive. It did not help that buying from HP/ vendor would have cost me more than 3 times what I paid at www.storebattery.sg!

Great customer service with swift and efficient responses to eliminate any doubts about their authenticity on the site! If you are unsure about what battery to order, not only do they lrovide accurate information and pictures for your visual aid, they reccomended the closest alternative to my old battery really fast so I don't have to worry if I ordered the wrong one! I was promised the the battery that I ordered will arrived with 5-7 working day. Although it arrived on the 7th working. It is still within promised period. More important, the product received is in working conditions.
The macbook battery I ordered looks official (the inscription on it is the same as my old battery) and works nicely.
The delivery is however not done by the DHL or another classic transporter, which was a bit annoying because the guys supposedly passed by my house on sunday while I was at home but I heard no one ring the bell. As a result I had the choice to pay for redelivery or go fetch the package myself in a rather unconvenient location.
But in any case, the price was good for a battery that fits my requirements.
