Have bought a HP laptop battery with them and delivery was quick although it would be better if the web interface could be more modern looking. It looks quite simple right now.

This is my 2nd purchase with storebatteries for my 2011 mbp. First battery lasted 5 years 2016-2021, now begins the 2nd battery. Hope it will last another 5 years. The first battery died without any float, and gives more than 30 cycles from under 80% capacity to completely dead at 1.8%. One minor issue is that this time the alignment of screw holes is not so good, it is hard to put all 3 screws fit, but 2 is fine.

Adding comment: 1. Super good customer service as in they helped to make sure i am purchasing the correct modal battery by a few email conversations with old battery photo
2. Delivery quite fast, it reached me in 8 days after modal confirmation.

Purchased a battery for my Acer Aspire E5 and received the battery in good quality. I am now using my laptop doing this review. Sorry forgot to take a photo of the item.

I recently purchased a battery upgrade for my laptop and the item sent was of immaculate quality. Firstly, the packaging was done so that the battery was safely kept within the box. Secondly, customer service was parallel to none as they were quick and concise when responding to queries I had. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing batteries from here as there is guaranteed peace of mind.

The battery (order *******) took 10 days to arrive and delivery time is quite acceptable. The battery was packed nicely and secured to prevent damage. Installation was easy and testing was on the way. After a full charge, the battery could only last 2 - 3 hours. I was expecting more as the original battery could last double that time. I guess this is better that having a dead old battery. I am pleased that I was able to get the replacement for such an old notebook and I could still use the notebook for a few years more.

Bought a replacement battery for Thinkpad Yoga. Looks good, but took a few charge to get to full capacity.

Thunderobot is not a mainstream brand and hard to find its accessories, as I am from Malaysia. I found StoreBattery online and many give positive reviews, thought I tried it out. After purchasing the Thunderobot battery with a very reasonable price, I've contacted StoreBattery to send me receipt which the person in charge (Amy) got back to me in just a day time. I've waited around 2 weeks for the battery to arrive. The battery is very well protected upon arrival. I've tried it out and the battery is just great! Everything works fine! I do recommend anyone who is searching for laptop batteries. StoreBattery gives good prices for their batteries!

Delivery was a little pricy, paid $8.50 SGD but it came within their advertised 4-8 working days (8 working days for me). Battery for my LG Gram 13Z970 fits, although Intel's software says it's a 72Wh battery instead of a 60Wh one, but I'll take the extra capacity.

Did a google search before buying the battery and also made an enquiry before purchasing to see their response.

The battery did arrived in reasonable time though the tracking website they gave was an IP address link rather than a website with a proper domain name.

Replaced the battery and used it for a number of days. The battery did hold the charge and last for reasonable number of hours after charge.

All in all, good and genuine service.

The seller is a very friendly and knowledgeable person, i ordered a wrong battery one but i dont know, and then seller emailed me and asked what laptop brand i want to change the battery, i just took a photo for, after that, seller asked me that if still wants to keep a wrong one or change to correct one with same price, i just did double check and saw these battery are very similar and a little bit different, of course i need a correct one and request for that, so grateful i received a correct one, i did test, very good condition, the brand is new and give my laptop second life! Good product similar to original brand. Packaging is good but little slow on the delivery. I guess needs improvement on delivery.

Bought an 80Wh battery to replace the 60Wh battery that came with my laptop.

Service-wise, everything was great. They contacted me to confirm the type of battery I wanted, and sent it out just a few hours after my confirmation. Emails were friendly and helpful.

Delivery-wise, everything was handled nicely on their part. Despite the poor tracking and delivery notices offered by the delivery partner, everything else was perfect as they shipped the battery on the very working day they received my order and followed up with the tracking number once they got it.

Product-wise, it also exceeded my expectations. Although all the places where the brand Lenovo was supposed to be was blacked out, everything else was great and fully functional. In fact, the very battery I had could hold up to 82Wh of charge when its design capacity was only 80Wh. One small problem I have, though, is that my laptop is now unable to start from battery without a charger connected. After starting up, the laptop runs perfect on battery. However, I believe this is most likely not the new battery's issue as it is also unable to boot from my old battery. Nonetheless, this issue only occured after plugging in the new battery, so do keep a look out if this function still works once you get the battery. I'm not very affected by this issue anyway, as I can always just put my laptop on sleep and it works perfectly.

All in all, everything was done nicely and I am very satisfied. Thank you!
