These people are useless! I ordered two items on their website and was never sent an e-mail about progress on shipping. When I called myself they informed me that my items were out of stock. When I checked the website at that exact moment they were still selling these items without updating that they were out of stock. I ask to cancel my order and get a refund and they tell me it is too far along to do that. I call back the next day, now the story has changed (apparently only 1 of 2 is out of stock) I ask to cancel the order then, still cannot do that. I call back a third time, finally am able to cancel my order and receive a refund after fighting and arguing my way through it. The return and refund is issued and I get my money back, only for the next day to receive an email that my item is being shipped out to me. I call again, only to be told that if I receive the item I will be charged for it again as they have authorisation to do that. IDIOTS! I will NEVER order from them EVER again.
I ordered my son an Oladipo jersey on December 4, paid the extra money for expedited shipping. Today, December 9, I called to find out what is going on with my order. I was informed, rudely, that it was already delivered. No it wasn't, I emphatically inform her. Woman proceeded to become rude and put me on hold for 37 minutes. I hung up the phone. Rude and unprofessional. Fun part, still do not know where the Oladipo jersey could possibly be. Never again.
I ordered a Boston Celtics Cloud Pillow on 12/6/19 and it said that the item will be shipped in 3-7 days. Then I received an email stating that this item is expected to ship by
Thursday, December 12,2019 and expected to arrive by Monday, December 23. Mind you this wasn't mentioned when I placed the order. I immediately called customer service and advised them that I needed to change the shipping address as I would not be home to collect the package on 12/23. The agent agreed and said no problem. When I reached out again w/ the new address, Juanita informed me the agent provided me with wrong info, a change of address was not possible and I could not cancel the order either. WTF! It has not even been 1 hour since I placed the order, how could I not be able to cancel. I was frustrated by her cavalier attitude. I requested to speak to a supervisor. After several minutes on hold, sup Tysia came on and provided useless answers to my concerns: Could not change address, doesn't guarantee time of delivery, cannot cancel once order is placed. Tysia was rude, unprofessional with a non-existent customer service attitude. I was dumbfounded by her lack of empathy. I never had such a horrible experience and should have read the reviews first before placing this order. NEVER again, this company is a scam with the poorest customer service ever!
After receiving an email saying my Christmas order was delayed with no shipping date in sight and I could cancel the order anytime, I spent two days trying to cancel the order and being told that wasn't possible. One agent finally told me the order would be cancelled and a refund issued, only to receive an email the next day telling me the cancelled order had been shipped. This company has no idea what they're doing. Do not do business with them.
Jose was amazing to work with. When I first called about my issue I was told 24-72 hours and someone would get ahold of me but I was contacted within hours even on the weekend! I was treated with respect a d professionalism. Jose helped me figure out my issue and assured my needs were met!
The personalized NBA jersey I got my son for his birthday/graduation present back in May already has numbers peeling. I called your store but didn't ask for my money back - just a replacement or to have it fixed. But, I was continually told nothing could be done because it's out of the "90 day return period", however, they do admit it's defective. Again, I don't want to return it for a refund - just have it replaced or even fixed. It's ridiculous that eventually all the letters/numbers will fall off and my son won't want to wear it fearing he will get teased. Buyers beware - you may wind up getting a defective jersey that can't be returned after 90 days. I wouldn't take the chance.
Bought a lebron jersey and never got it. There's no way to contact customer service. I've been waiting for 2 weeks and I don't get any updates on the shipping status.
Bought a $100.00 Nba backpack and the strap was broken! I was told that they have to see if I can return it!? What? I received one of 3 framed pictures that had black specs between the glass and picture. The CS rep I spoke to, Brooklyn, was very helpful and got my replacement shipped immediately.
I placed an order in on 20th October. There was no communication and my order history had no entries post that date. I followed up up from the 26th-29th with 4 emails to have no response except for the automated "we will get back to you in 24 hours". My last email was very stern requesting to cancel the order all together and process a refund. To that email I received a sorry your order has been picked and is ready for dispatched. 24 hours after that (it is now 30th October) I got an email saying my order has been shipped after I had requested to cancel and refund my money. Now not only have I had a terrible experience but I will have to go to the trouble of sending back and waiting for my money to be refunded. Poor, poor customer service. You should be embarrassed!
Ordered a lebron jersey and payed for faster delivery and it took 2 weeks to receive. Horrible customer service when I called to see if they were delivering it by horse.
I bought an NBA shirt on the weekend, and paid extra money for it to be delivered on the weekend and when i reviewed my order it was expected to get delivered on Wednesday, i'm fine with that, but, when Thursday came and they said that we need information about your apartment and address and all that stuff, which i provided to the person who called me. Later when i came back from work i didn't receive anything, so i called them back asking about my shipment, they said it wasn't delivered, and then explicitly saying that it was my problem for not providing the address, and it wasn't their problem, i told the person who called me, if you see something wrong, just call me and ask for the question, she said it was my fault... such a bad experience...
Pre ordered a Houston Rockets jersey in July, it arrived today (October) and it was the wrong item. Not even close to the original item ordered (received an Arizona polo)! Called customer service and the jersey is out of stock, and they don't know when it will be restocked. The only thing they could do was a refund. Oh and graciously offered to waive the return fee. (Yea, that should be standard)!
To try and make up for the mistake, they offered a 20% discount on a future purchase, which coincidentally was a coupon included in the wrong order and also the current deal the ENTIRE SITE is offering. How is that trying to make up for the mistake?
Worst part, they admitted that these things happen a lot! Well jeez that doesn't make me feel better, fix your system so that people don't have to go through this. What's the point of pre ordering an item, waiting months to receive it and then never getting it. Will not be ordering from the site again!
I have ordered in the month of February 24,2019 and my ordered NBA-*******, which till date not yet receive, it looks like they are cheating people, so please don't order.
Received my order 1 month after I ordered it, shirts are thrown into a bag with no invoice or return labels. Shirts have big ugly stickers across the front of them with order # etc on them. Ordered 4 Rockets/Harden shirt, and instead got 3 Rockets shirts and one Charlotte shirt. Shirts are a thin cheap material, wrinkled. Emailed customer service about the error they had made, response had no apology, and no useful info or solution. Basically told me to mail the wrong shirt back to them and when they get they will credit me my money back. Like I said there was no return label/info included. Terrible, and if I could rate them -5 I would. Don't waste your time or money ordering from them.
I contacted Customer Service for assistance. Took 9 days for a nonsensical response. The response was that I have to contact them for assistance. Like What? I AM contacting you! Are these guys drunk?
Bought a personalized tee for 40$ got some random XXL event shirt was told to send it back for my refund I sent it back and still nothing! Will never order here again will get personalized tees at the mall instead!
Ordered a fitted hat over 2 months ago with a guaranteed shipping date of August 20th. I thought that was an excessive amount of time, but I waited. August 20th came and went with no notification that the item had shipped. I called in and was told it would arrive by August 29th guaranteed. Today, I received an email that the order was canceled! They claim that the item was oversold, yet no notification of this for over 2 months! Huge waste of time, do not order from here.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered Raptors gear in June, massive delay, over a month to get it. Received the wrong item. Got a 2T in childrens white championship shirt and not the 2XL Black Lowry number championship shirt I ordered. Called, they send me a return label so I sent it back. Called today (they received the returned item August 12) to see why my shirt has been sitting in Mississauga since JULY 16! The guy on the phone proceeds to tell me I've already received my item. I explain to him that I did receive an item but that it was wrong and I already sent it back and to check the tracking number not the order number to see what I'm talking about. Get put on hold multiple times only to be told I did receive it and that he had two sets of eye look at this and that I basically stole the order they supposedly reshipped. They reluctantly issue me a refund to my PayPal. It shows up this morning and now its GONE! So I have no refund and no shirt. I will be calling back!
Reading the reviews of other users I feel exceptionally lucky to have had Cristin as my rep to return my custom plaque. Cristin followed up in a timely manner, set the proper expectations and has made this process extremely painless. I am very happy with the service.
Answer: You have the same as me and many other people apparently. I ordered with express delivery, been waiting 8 days now and still not a single update. It's as if they took my money and have no intention of delivering anything.
