I ordered a ps5 for $758.02 which was never delivered to me. Do not make big purchases on stock x. It was stolen somebody signed for it and it never made it to my door. How do I know they even sent it. Terrible business they are not legit. The ps5 sells are scams I wanna spare you the heartache.

I ordered shoes 2 weeks before Christmas. They never showed up. No communication from Stockx! Xmas ruined.
Beware! StockX does not stand behind the products it verifies! I purchased a $1,300 bag from the site as a holiday gift. The bag was clearly used. Company guarantees items are new and "perfect". Still has the StockX tag on it, and the company refuses to accept return. I havent used it. They sent me a return label when I complained (as soon as I received it) but then denied return and wouldnt explain why.
They have a system to increase the prices, they charge you, then refund you, then double the price of the product.
I guess they now how to take advantage of their buyers.
They will steal your money. Purchased shoes for the first time in December, was charged at $245. That's fine. But when I went and looked at my bank account, they charged the $245 (which again, thats fine) but then charged another $256. I have tried multiple times to reach someone and their "help" system IS AWFUL. I've shown them the proof of everything, but they keep going around the problem. Just recieved another email of them stating that they will not refund me the $256 that THEY messed up. I would HIGHLY recommend to never order from here.
Shipped fed-ex! Ordered item dec 24. Here it is Jan 9th still no item. Paid $30 shipping then another $45 for processing?! You can't get it here within a week and a half? Come on! Never again.

I bought some shoes for my brother. Don't know too much about sneakers but once the Jordan arrive, it was so obvious how fake and defected replicas they were. I reach out and never an answer no response and refund. Now my brother is stuck with fake $300 Jordan's. If i would of read the reviews before i would of never. Please don't waste your money with this fake sneaker sales, it's not worth and the shoes look very cheap!
I ordered a product on Dec 26 money billed to my account $172 now I'm told on Jan 3rd order never shipped after I inquired no one would have informed me had I not asked. Now I'm told another shipper will have to be found. I want to cancel this order my money is tied up I could have found another buyer on my own I feel like stock X is a scam and will not use your service ever again neither will I recommend to others.
Have been buying from stock x for years. Gave stock x info for family to buy my daughter Nike shoes. Shoes came while we were on vacation 7 days after the shoes arrived. We cannot communicate with anyone at stock x because it's past 3 days of arrival. The shoes were authenticated, but are obviously defective or fake. She has the same model in other color. The R on the back of the shoe is coming off. There are loose threads in the stitching, marker marks from where pattern of shoes were cut, black rubber is rough and spotted. I could go on and on. I have pictures to prove. Don't buy from them. Will send fake with authentication tag and if you can't file a claim within 3 days you're screwed. Horrible service

I bought suprene sweatshirt - mailed it in on original packaging. They said it was damaged and sent back to me without the packing and With a small stain.
StockX is definitely not getting my business again. I ordered a Jordan combo pack from them and both pairs of shoes fell apart after only wearing them once. I was so upset i put $750 worth of product in my trash can. Because of my love for shoes i dont like when a company doesnt stand behind their product. Flight club nor GOAT has ever sent me product that has fell apart.
Once again I am dealing with shipping issues and seems like either UPS or Stockx employees are stealing shoes. I sold a pair of shoes and sent it for authentication it arrived there on Monday the 20th. For over a day I didn't hear from them then they emailed me saying I sent an empty box. I have proof of delivery with the weight documented at the ups store and they are just ignoring my emails now. I have sold 17 shoes on this app and this will be the last time. Also if you do ship anything make sure you don't lose your drop off receipt or stockx will just steal from you.
I purchased a pair of retro 1 Jordan's for my son. They came from Hong Kong and I could tell the logo on tongue was totally off so I had them checked out and they were fakes. I sent proof to stock X and they did nothing about it after I paid over $300. Do not buy they are not authentic
I order 5 pairs of shoes For myself an my 4 children the prices are already too high it's like a Price gouging site for things you can get somewhere else for cheap, ok all the shoes are coming to the same place on the same day but there is no quantity option so I had to pay shipping 5 times an there is a processing fee I paid the processing fee 5 times as well, an also taxes 5 times. This is a rip off as I sit here an think about it I think my kids would've been happier if I would've just given them the money from these shoes instead of wasting it here. I logged in to StockX to purchase a pair of shoes for my son. I selected a size 8.5 shoe and completed the purchase. When I received my order confirmation it showed a size 9 shoe. I attempted to contact the company to have it corrected, but there is absolutely no way of contacting them. In addition, there is no way to cancel an order, even when it is incorrect. This is a bait and switch, I will be making sure that I alert everyone to their unscrupulous practices.
