BOUGHT AND PAID FOR A PAIR OF SHOES, NEVER SHIPPED. WAS TOLD THAT SELLER WAS UNABLE TO SHIP DUE TO HEALTH REASONS- OK. MESSAGE AGAIN SAYING THEY FOUND ANOTHER SELLER THAT WOULD SHIP AT SAME PRICE. GREAT! TODAY I GET A MESSAGE THAT I AM BEING REFUNDED DUE TO AUTHENTICATION. I LOOKED UP THE SHOES I WAS BUYING AND THE SALES PRICE INCREASED BY $130. IMAGINE THAT- COULDNT FILL MY ORDER BUT I CAN STILL BUY THEM AT A MUCH HIGHER RATE. HIGHWAY ROBBERY WITH NO WAY TO CONTACT ANY SORT OF SUPPORT. I HAVE SPENT OVER $2000 THIS YEAR WITH STOCK X- I WILL NOT BE BUYING MY SHOES AT GOAT- THATS GOAT GOAT GOAT GOAT!

So I recently ordered a kith stringer bell t shirt from the wire... the payment process was smooth and fast, and tbh this was probably the fastest item I've ever received on here... literally from ordering to receiving it probably took a total of 4 days, very happy with the product and very surprised on how fast it got here... overall I'm very happy with the shirt and the process and shipping experience was everything I could imagine and then some!

Bad business practice

You have to give them your credit card number before you can see the price of item you buying. And then their surprise there's a lot of fees of any kind. Impossible to contact customer service to remove your credit card information. They have it forever

Fake shoes sold

I bought a pair of trainers from StockX because I believed I could trust their verification process… unfortunately this has turned out to be untrue.
When I received my recent purchase, I instantly knew the item was FAKE!
I reported this to StockX immediately and started the refund process.
Whilst the member of the team was helpful and empathetic, the advice given was to either resell them on StockX or return them (luckily I come under the EU returns policy), despite me stating that I believe the item to be fake.

My purchase was confirmed as counterfeit, and my money refunded. However this has made me doubt my previous purchases, doubt stockxs verification process (of both products and it's resellers) and make me no longer want to use their app, no matter how much I want a product.

All aspects need to be better before I begin to consider using this app again.
