Not only has steam permanently changed the way games work, but steam has some of the BEST customer service I've ever seen. The community is great too- if a game doesn't work, a simple search will reveal the reason and the fix.
Steam has always been reliable for having good games by independent game makers. This is one of the things I love about them, but the games they offer from bigger companies are good too. Good source for great games :)
Steamgames.com is a site used to buy computer games. I have used few games myself. These sites required many technical details. Online currency quick selling and download purpose useful. Most of the children are like these games. You can download the games if you needed. These are really entertaining games.
This is the worst company I have ever encountered in regard to customer/tech support. It took 27 days for them to acknowledge and respond to 3 emails from myself and Paypal. Paypal also was unable to contact them over the pending issue. During that period I was denied access to a reduced price game add-on, that opportunity expired during that 27 day period. I did get one response during that period, I was told to 'be patient'. The issue stemmed from a purchase I made and then cancelled, all within a 10 minute period. I realized that I had made a mistake and rectified it thru Paypal within 10 minutes. However, Steam refused to look into the matter for 27 days. In the meantime my account was frozen and locked.
Steam is a site used to buy computer games. It's one of the biggest online stores for games I've seen. It's by far my favorite. Yeah it has it's issues. If you download the program from the site then it may crash randomly for updates and other things. But it it has it's own tight community. Steam is the closest community on the web. So if your a gamer this is your site. If not then you really wouldn't enjoy this site.
