Choice of clothes is definitely my style. Adjusting size is easy

Clothes have a very wide variation in size. I've had items tagged as large that I swim in and also some that I can't even button. Things I like and want to exchange are not available and a substitute is offered that may vary in size again.

I have received several packages from Stately and have not been impressed by any of them. All the clothes seem to be very similar and the feedback on how to interchange the different packages is less than expected. I was really hoping for a stylist that would work with all of my packages to help me with the best wardrobe ever. Not to mention, I received shorts that are too big and still have not received complete instructions on how to exchange despite multiple attempts.

So I have used Stately on and off for a couple of years now and overall the service is good, but I always seem to get pieces that are inconsistent with what I think the package should contain. But I guess that is the point. The clothes are high quality for sure, but again I am always expecting sport coats with my package since I'm paying for the top option, but again that's not always the case.

I believe the quality of the clothes that have been sent to me have been very good. The shoes have been nice. Overall, very satisfied with my experience up to this point. Thank you, Stately.

I love the items I receive from Stately. It's like having a Side Chick that does the shopping for me. Matched my style and arrives conveniently every month.

Overall, pretty happy. Some clothes have been only slightly out of season for where I live. There's only about two months (January & February) that are really cold enough to wear something warm... the rest of the time, regular shirts are fine. One set of pants I received had a lot of dangling threads I had to cut, and a slight tear in the pocket I fixed with some fabric glue, other than that I really do like that pair of pants. They fit well and are suer comfortable. Since my bariatric surgery in January, I'm down several sizes (I believe I'm a 34 waist now, 36 is starting to be too loose). One pair of denims I received, despite being 36 on the label, was way too big... bigger than a pair of 38's I have. They are so baggy, I just can't get away with wearing them at all... kind of reminiscent of those old JNCO jeans in the 90's.

I always look forward to my monthly Xmas present from stately!

You folks read a book well. 5 shipments and simply spot on. Great quality goods and super service. I recommend Stately to all. Great prices on great quality products.

The only reason I stopped this subscription was because I got married.

I'm not a huge fan of the way this works. It seems like a never ending back and forth of exchanges and then I eventually get stuck with things I won't ever wear because they won't let me send it back.

First couple boxes were nice. Last one I could have purchased cheaper than what I paid but the document tried tell a different story. So I paused I think if I want to continue using the service.

Requested a suit and did not receive it. Also, I was very specific with items I do and do not want and seems I wasn't listened to. I hope my next shipment will be better.

I have been very happy with the three boxes I have received thus far. Great customer service and quality of clothing.

I love not having to shop. So getting clothing delivered is great. My only gripe is its not an upgrade in style from the usual clothing store shopping i have done i. The past.

I love the quality of the cloths, but I don't like being billed on the tenth of the month and it's now the 18th and the order is still listed as unfulfilled. Last month was the same. If you are going to bill me be ready to ship out the order.
