I had a great experience with Alex and his team when I found myself in a tight spot. My original movers canceled at 6pm on a Friday evening before my Saturday move, which coincided with a special event weekend. I reached out to several moving companies, but due to the event, most of them were either closed or fully booked. Fortunately, Alex responded promptly and assured me that his crew would be available the following day at a reasonable price. The three individuals he sent were highly professional, hardworking, and completed the job efficiently.The only minor issue I encountered was that they arrived with a sprinter van instead of a full-size truck. This posed a challenge in fitting all of my belongings, which extended the total time and cost of the move. I ended up having to load a few items into my own car to make everything fit. When I inquired about the choice of the smaller van, they explained that the truck is sent for the specified volume of items, so that there is no unnecessary overpayment. In hindsight, I would have been willing to pay the higher tolls to ensure a larger truck for a smoother transition. It's possible that there was a miscommunication, so I would recommend clearly specifying your need for a full-sized truck when scheduling to avoid any such issues
