Somehow in my account was automatically activated a button -"turbo" -which automatically replayed to messages received on the platform and lead to charges for every message that was sent, eventhough they were not related to subject. The message was generated automatically, saying " Dear customer(name), I am very interested in your project and want to discuss more about it. Can you tell me more about it here on the platform or directly over the phone?". Very nasty message, it's not ok to assume that in my name. When I created the account this button didn't create any problems, but at some point it got activated and they got away with some cash. However this is not well intended, they just do this things to get some money from users. From me they got away with 60$ for 2 messages.

I am a boudoir photographer registered with star of service. Most leads accept your quote you are charged and then the leads say they are photographers themselves, or they found another one. So you lose your money. If you write to them they do not refund the money they give you credit valid for just 1 month. In this genre you are never able to use the leads in a month, so the money is lost. I ve lost this over 12 times and now know it is just not the platform for me.

I signed up but was unaware of a "turbo" button they switched on. I received two emails which were leads both of which are not suitable for me. Then noticed my bank had two bank charges pending a total of £90!

I was scamed like many another professionals. And I was recently invited to take a promo 9,95€/month that offers a paypal payment mode that doesn't work. It only works payment by card, of course.
I was paying an automatic subscription that I couldn't stop in the past, when most of clients contacts were fake profiles, then I won't alow being scamed again. Star of Service should be marked as a Scam platform.

This website is a TRAP! I signed up for Star of Service. Then I notice when you request a phone number and make up fake clients to stael personal information from you. I got charged, out of nowhere, without me requesting or approving more information I got charged 35 euros.

I thought the StarOfService are supposed to be a middleman between the client and the professional - to bring business and charge percentage. Instead of acting as a middleman they work as a conman - making money by promising business! It's a shameful scheme! As you can see from the attached payments they charge you for giving you number of a client who act suspiciously unprofessional - postponing infinitely the job our informing you that he has already hired a professional. In other cases they have your number to a client who again simply contact you to tell you the same. In all the cases the SoS collects your money with no regret and refund offered! It's a situation that made me to completely lost confidence in the StartOfService services!

Which translates litterally as "try our Premium offer for free for one week". And then the list of perks goes on. But the price of a Premium was never mentioned!

I've tried to contact them several times - ALL IN VAIN.

I used this service as a professional, not as a client. In just a week I was charged 150$for clients who supposedly had clicked on my telephone number. I asked customer service about this practice and replied with
"If you receive a message from the customer,
If the customer consults your phone number to contact you,
If you consult the customer's phone number,
If you use the platform manually, when the customer has not contacted any professional, we send his number to the professional who sent his quote first.
These coordinates are invoiced."

SAS will charge you for almost any customer request, without your approval, and even if you deactivate your services - they will automatically reactivate your services and charge you for the next customer to force money out of you at any price.
During COVID-19, SAS automatically reactivated my services when they were deactivated, switched on StarofService Live features, and charged my credit card while I was away without my approval.
Trust level: 0 stars, but 1 is the minimum here.
I've deleted my account since it is the only way out of their endless automated abuse to my wallet.
Make sure you either don't join SAS in the first place, or delete your account before they suck your wallet dry.

Star of service starofservice.com is a SCAM. Just stay away from this site. I'm going to tell you how your money is stolen: The scam works like this: They offer to send you LOCAL potential clients for your service, so you subscribe indicating the category, services offered, address, city and country. They charge you weekly for each potential client that they send you and that has supposedly shown interest in your service during the week, the rate is not low, here in Colombia it is approximately $ 34,000 (USD $ 9) for each "referral". They have a functionality that allows you to accept and send messages only to those people in whom you have an interest, disabling the Turbo option that is active by default, to avoid paying for non-viable referrals (It is called "Turbo"), since I am a real estate agent and before accepting a potential client, I am interested in knowing where the property is located, where the owner is located, what type of property and operation it is (Interest in Sale, Rent, Leases or Purchase). The fact is that these gentlemen of STAROFSERVICE: COM scam you by sending you alleged referrals that are NOT located in your area of influence. In my case, I am located in Bogotá, the capital city of Colombia, and they began to send me interested parties from other cities: Medellín, Cali, Bucaramanga, San Juan de Pasto, Cities all located more than 500 kilometers away from my location... how about ahh? And the worst thing is that they charge you directly against your registered payment method without having previously accepted such offers, since they are logically not in your interest. I never accepted them or replied to the supposed interested clients since those prospects simply didn't serve me even though I disabled the Turbo option to examine them earlier. In my case, they managed to send me an offer from a client located in Bogotá, but with their property located in a rural area many kilometers away... What happened? When I saw the initial charge for $ 34,000 in my ecard (prepaid card for online purchases) I asked for an explanation and, foreseeing the scam, I put the remaining money in my ecard safe, Surprise! The next day I receive from my bank a message of declined charges for amounts close to the additional $ 50 dollars (fortunately I saved the money). The fees are huge, charged without giving you any leads, even when client clearly tells you "No".
They steal (they don't even recognise it as an error from their side) real money from your credit card and then make "commercial gestures" (as it was your own error and you owe them for their generosity) by giving you virtual credit available for 30 days only.
Taking into account that qualified leads appear in their system once in a good year (and the next year is still to come for me) - this is pure robbery.
So, in this case be sure to act fast and report the charge to your card issuer otherwise you'll never see your money.
Their support is a parrot type, they don't care about the issue, they don't try to understand the nature or propose a solution, they copy-paste the answer (which is believed by them to be a solution).
And as a cherry on a cake they have system of fake reviews on their website where they recognise reviews of customers to providers as reviews of their service and put this fake rating into the footer: StarOfService.com est évalué 4.4 / 5 par ******* membres.

Most of their clients cannot be contacted, 1% answered emails to tell you no, the rest are ghost clients. It's a scam. They took our money in their credit form and turned it to zero when they changed their plat form. We asked for it back they said too bad. We're considering bringing these online platforms to Go Public. So these so called projects website are a bunch of scammers. We tried a few already and none of them had real clients

I used StarOfService for more than a year and just wasted my time and money for false contacts. I spent more than 1 000 euros and received only scam or phone numbers of people, who do not exist. You pay for a "contact" and there is always a busy number, answer machine or someone who doesn't want to talk to you. Once a female voice responded that she actually works for StarOfService. You sent emails to so-called potential clients - they left without answer. They deduct from your card your hard earned money saying you owe them for a phone number or email, which are false. Stay away from them!
