They are cheats and frauds. They charge credit cards without permission. Even though the subscription is cancelled, they keep charging credit cards. There are no leads on the platform. They are all liars and cheats,
I got the stars of service offer for few days for less money. I took only for less days. Then they took my money from bank and no services I took from them, Now again they took a handsome amount from my bank which was saved for children fee and grocery. They replied your invoice was pending since July... No help from bank because they said I gave... they are not showing any terms and conditions when you order them trial. They took your money. Really cheaters and bad company. They are eating the money of needy people... they will get their karma

If there was 0 stars - this company would get it from me. I signed up for a free trial, which was advertised at 7 day period. I cancelled the service on 6th day. They still took the full yearly payment of £240 and refused to reimburse it when I raised the issue. Their argument was that the trial was only 3 days and I should have cancelled then. Complete waste of money. The jobs are not relevant to my industry at all. I wish I never signed up for this scam! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Takes your money, all 'clients' are ghost clients who never respond except to say 'they went with someone else' even though the system says no other professionals contacted them.
On the client side, don't waste your time, look for actual businesses near you, not this shady site.
WARNING THIS IS SCAMMER! They trick companies into annual subscriptions, and there's no going back. Currently all our companies are preparing for a marketing campaign against this company!
As an independent, I was seduce to create a free profile, where you pay only when you interract with a client.
But quickly I realised this company was abusing of our prvate information and were sending sms ans mails few times a day every day.
It was also reminding few times 'please take action or you will lose your profile.
I was not at all convinced by their services and I just let the thing go.
I was annoyed by their non-stop campain to make me have new clients just to ask eme for money.
I never ansered any of the proposals.
On the 25th of october 2022 at 14:58 I receive a mail "we are sorry to see you go, your free suscription is finished. If you change your mind you can come back".
I checked my paypal by hazard for something else, and I've seen there was a payment of 252€ made for Starofservice on the 25th of october at 15:08, only 10 minutes after I received the mail in my spam.
I never clicked on any link to accept any such payment plan. Who would deliberately pay 252€/month for a service that didn't gave any client for a year?
The communication with them is impossible. You are writing to someone, then someone else is answering you (probably a bot), asking to write to another service.
I want to delete my profile but they say it is impossinble because a plan is active.
DO NEVER USE THIS SERVICE! PURE BANDITS!
Countless emails saying that they have clients desperate to use my services. Same client seems to have been so desperate that he is still on their books looking for the same service! Looks like fake information trying to get me to sign to a contract and get fleeced by them! Thankfully there are lots of reviews to be found about the company showing exactly that. I would stay well clear!
Me inscribí en un servicio gratuito y pasado un mes me cobraron 450€ diciendo que me jnscribieron en un servicio premium, yo les dije que no solicité ese servicio y me respondieron que ellos me inscribieron y me informaron por email y que me dieron 24 horas para rechazarlo y al no rechazarlo me lo cobraron y que ahora no pueden devolverme el dinero, también me han dicho que tengo que avisar con 20 días de antelación para anularlo por lo que me van a cobrar el próximo mes.
As a business owner I used to try various lead generation companies. It is understandable that not all companies will perform the same. But StarofService is a complete waste of money. This is my first ever negative review against a company, and this explains how pissed off I am with StarofService. My experience is below.
1. No lead at all
2. Cancelled the subscription but still charged my credit card
3. When reported, they said the amount will not be refunded and showed a very long path about how to cancel the subscription
4. Finding no other way I blocked my credit card and applied for a new one which was another hassle for me.

I couldnt get clients phone number. Messages to clients were never read. I guess all clients are ghosts.

Starofservice is a smoothe professional scam, Lucas: you have insulted my. Intelligence and respect for your sevice. And you do even care. And no one in yourt company follows suite. What an excuse for a service. You probably don't even know what I an so angry with. If i could tell thew internet to stay away from you i would.
Website set up to take money from small businesses with little or nothing at all in return. Changed their payments to take money from people signed up for the website without any warning. Asked for a refund as I don't use the site and they refused based on "terms and conditions " avoid this lot, you will get no work and just pay for nothing.
I was using this platform for around 5 months. Its very helpful for me to get clients. After canceling my packages I renewed the subscription again on 27-05-2022. But they are telling me I need to renew my subscription again, and i already paid the amount and I raised multiple complaint tickets I don't get any customer support from there. They are so irresponsible and not helping its complete a scam
Having accepted one of their Roofers to do a job I expected some back up when the Roofer left part of the job undone then promised to return but failed to arrive and has since refused to answer my messages left on his phone which goes to answerphone every time I call.
The site's advice once the Roofer is contacted is to negotiate the way forward!? Useless, hopeless and hapless. Do not use this service, it stinks.
Dont use this service for your media and for attracting clients. A big scam. Free registration and after they start to take money from your credit card with no approval. 6 months of using this - new clients = 0

This "company" spams every day several times and tries to get your payment details (Paypal or credit card). Only Bots with fake profile fotos send mails that noone can understand since they use words that seems to be translated by google. They only want your money.

In general we don't use bots and we do contact not-registered professionals only when there is some interesting lead to which none of the registered professionals have replied.
When we invite a professional not registered we do usually give the lead for free. Upon registration it ask you if you want to activate a subscription to contact clients without limits, but you can simply skip it. The profile is free and is not mandatory to always have a subscription active, you can do it whenever you do need new clients.

Used them to find a Roofer. He turnd out to be a con man. No support offered and no veting process foe their so called contractors. Costly mistake.

This company bombards me with unsolicited emails violating anti-spam act. Multiple requests to unsubscribe are not honoured. If they cannot follow the Law in small things, how can you be sure that they will follow the Lawn big things?
