My friend and I went for coffee - she had forgotten her mask; they threw a fit as if Covid just hit. She left immediately because the staff did not have any masks to give her. When I ordered the two coffees, the cashier said that I had to wait in line until they finish serving the drive-through. I was the only one in the store and there were 3 staff behind the counter just lingering; I said why can't one of you give me the order which was just plain black coffee no sugar or cream; the machine and cups are right behind you all and - they all had an attitude and grudgingly gave me the coffee. Arrogant staff with total of lack of ethics and knowledge on how to provide good customer service. I told her first and last time - never again. May be Starbucks has good business, but they could have even better if the attitude of their staff improves - this seems to be the norm from what others have told me.
I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years. The drink I order costs $8.43 almost daily. I recently found out that the more loyal you are to them the more they take advantage of you and the cheaper they are with your "special offers just for you " that they send. I recently received one of these offers saying if I buy 5 lattes (the $8.43 drink I usually order) they will give me 80 bonus stars. So if I spend $42.15 they will give me 80 bonus stars which isn't even worth a free drink? Pretty cheap. Making it worse my daughter who rarely uses her account received a similar offer but hers was for 100 bonus stars if she purchased 3 lattes. WTF! Basically Starbucks is saying I'm a chump and they know I buy regularly so we can offer less to our loyal customers and try to entice ones who don't spend as much with us. Well I've got news for them... knowing this to be their mindset I'm moving on and will grab my coffee at home or stop at a competitor from here on. My account has four free drinks built up with stars and then I'm done. I have given them so much business over the years that the baristas know when I haven't stopped for a while and also know it's me when I order at the drive thru because of my drink order. Starbucks needs to learn that you don't take advantage of loyalty. Guess I'll have to find a new coffee brand for home use too since I've also bought their coffee for home use for years too. A rewards program should reward loyalty not take advantage of it.
Horrible, $5.36 for a fake ham and egg, cheese tasted spoiled, ham must have come out of a trash dumpster, and the egg I think is a rubber dog treat, beware of this sandwich, if this is an example of there food quality I am sure the rest is no better!
Recently, a girl and I went to your cafe, the prices are certainly not small, but such a delicious and fragrant coffee that you can not pass. The cakes are so delicious. We will come again but unfortunately in our city does not have. So ready to recommend to everyone!
Ordered a cha latte tea with soy no water no foam. 1st latte made was with regular milk. 2nd cup was full of foam and the associate had an nasty attitude. 3rd cup another associate made it just right. I will never go back there. Please note I didn't ask for a receipt because I didn't think it was going to have trouble with the order.

I have always purchased hot tea from Riverdale Goal Starbucks. I asked the woman who was making tea today, 30 November 2020, not to touch the hole on the glass cover of your side, because Covid. The woman did not listen to me and touched the hole in the cover of the bottle with her elbow, and she poured the brim of the glass into the teatime. "Give me a cover, I'll make it myself,"Give me a cover, I'll make it myself.
Drinking Coffee is my daily habit. One day I tried Starbuck Coffee, it is very tasty with good aroma and strong. I Liked it.

As an owner of a snow clearing company we are out at all hours of the day and our trucks have large equipment like plows that dont fit in most drive throughs unfortunately. This past storm we were out plowing driveways and parking lots so people could get to work and do last minute shopping; we love the service we provide! After a 23 hour shift i went to Starbucks to grab my wife a gift from our son As i said i dont fit in a drive through, so i called to try and buy a gift card and tumbler and pick up at curb side only to find out i would have to download their app and input my credit card info to buy the mug, but the gift card could be paid for in cash inside as he was doing me a favor as im an essential worker. So i go and grudgingly download the app and do all the steps only to find out i cannot get a tumbler off the app and there was no way for me to somehow meet someone at the door to pay for these two items. We may be in a code red lock down but it is their decision to not allow walk in orders which limits certain people that either dont drive or dont fit in a drive through. They should have a plan b for those circumstances. This will in the future force me to look at other companies that are easier to work with.
We buy large amounts of the holiday blend every year, from when they start showing up on shelves to shortly after the holidays because it is our favorite Starbucks coffee and we vacuum pack then freeze it to last months. This year, the first bags I bought from a Safeway Starbucks in Springfield Oregon were so terrible, it was obvious the coffee grounds were aged and had gone bad. That Starbucks, who should be expert by now in coffee, would sell last year's ground coffee is reprehensible. I wrote and sent pictures of my bags to customer service and asked them to mail me a replacement. Simple. They wrote back and told me I needed to do this and that to get a refund. Not having it. You can't handle your customer load if you make the customer do the work to correct your error. We were with you almost from the beginning, 40+ years. You lost these long timers.
I was buying a hot tea in Riverdale NJ Target Starbucks always. But November 30,2020 I asked the woman, which making tea not to touch the hole of the cover in the glass with her hand, because COVID. But I was uncomfortable, because there was glass to protect workers from covid, and I spilled hot tea on my wrist. I asked this woman to give me a napkin, she did not. I asked to call the manager, she began to quickly wipe the table and glass from tea, only when she finished, she called the manager. All this time I stood without help, without ice. One manager came, she said she would call another. Another manager said they didn't accept complaints in writing. My questions are why they worked with money and never wash hands after it and go straight to make coffee, even now when situation so bad with COVID and another question who will answer for my burned hand?
The Carmel-Coffee balance doesn't always work out and it's always too sweet, but I can't put it down. The service was great and I wish I could only say thanks to the guy in the windows! I would certainly recommend that you add that crunch to your next Carmel Frappe. It was divine.
I always love coffee. So I spend much time in Starbuck, they serve the sweetest coffee. I like their strong coffee with a super aroma.

Barristra Anna diffused another staff meltdown when preparing my tea. She stepped in and took over and diffused the situation. I am thankful for all the frontline workers at Starbucks. Anna is far beyond what is expected. Anna is friendly, interactive, professional and always is aware of everything that is happening behind and in front of the counter. She takes an interest in all customer satisfactions with all drink choices. Anna is kind courteous and a beautiful smile. May all your employees learn from the example Anna is demonstrating on excellent customer service and management style. Thank you Anna!
Hi all, I'm not a fan of Starbucks mostly because of the cost but I do not wish for them to struggle. The good of Starbucks is they offer so many different types of beverages and provide employment for many. Here is what all of you have got to realize. Yes, Starbucks leans left in the political realm and have shown strong support for them BUT in return what has happened? Some of your stores are being forced to close. WHY? Because the political left is pushing the agenda to close the economy to hurt Trump. Well that isn't working but what is working is the left is hurting people like you and the places you like to go. A message has to be sent to the liberal left, because they have forgotten they work for YOU. You, we need to tell them get to work to help our nation and not continue to hurt families with your policies to promote money in your pocket and power in your hand. Vote republican, vote out all democrats. No not because the republicans are great but because at least they are not working at hurting families, they are interested in keeping people working. Think before you vote this year, look at what the left has done to hurt so many and done so without any second thought. Is that really who you want to see in power? They will come for you in a second if it will help them. Evil people need to be sent packing.
Superb coffee, great staff, great experience! I used to hate coffee, but I'm hooked right now. Thanks to the gods of coffee at Starbucks. They always refund me whenever there is a problem with my order, and I am so thankful for that.
When the Starbucks app didn't send the order correctly, the employee, Sami, was very helpful to us. She helped us solve the problem and made our beverages new. She 's got great customer service, a really friendly person. She also loves her hard work and compassion.

A few weeks ago, I went into Starbucks on Main St, in Brighton to study for my college psychology class. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew after a friend recommended it. When I got my drink, it looked very professional with the different layers of coffee and pumpkin cream. I stirred the two layers satisfyingly together and then took the first drink and I fell in love with the drink. The texture and taste were so creamy. The atmosphere was perfect for studying. I would 100% recommend the pumpkin cream cold brew to anyone who enjoys coffee or if you are looking for something different than the Pumpkin Spice Latte.
