Although Starbucks isn't my go-to place for coffee (I find the coffee sour, and doesn't compare to other coffee chains), I do love the aesthetic of the brand. I bought a tumbler from one of their shops and I use it daily! It's great quality, looks cute and makes me drink more water.
It was quite pricey at around $25 AUD. But I would definitely re-buy it.

I have always enjoyed Starbucks coffee but when managers and customers started to critique what other customers view on the internet via cell phone or laptop, that draws the line. Bow what I view is strictly private. I do not share what I view with anyone. In September of 2021, at the coffee shop in Colonial Heights in Petersburg Virginia I went to a site called Etsy which display hand made items. It showed sewing lingerie. I quickly X out the page because in 2019 a manager came to me about a lady who complained about what was on my cell phone. He said that he did not want to ask me to leave. This year in September the manager sat in front of me and said that what I saw was inappropriate. This was Etsy sewing of lingerie. She didn't say whether it was her or a customer or herself didn't approve. That was my last visit. OH THANK HEAVEN FOR 7-11 COFFEE.
The kids working there used to be nice. Now its seems to be a bunch of kids with attitude and when you ask a question they argue rather than kindly talk to you or answer. Seriously the prices are outrageous for what it is! I make a better latte at home. And my sandwiches are fresh not premade.

I ordered a strawberry acai lemonade and said no ice but they pour full of ice.In small glass it was full of ice. Croissant separately we need to ask butter. Than from inside thy bring 1 butter. Starbucks congratulates itself on being "Woke", but they haven't woke up to the fact that they should be using pure, clean water. ALL of the water used in their stores is filthy tap water full of psychotropic drugs, lead, fluorides, birth control pills and other filth that pollutes tap water. Why hasn't Starbucks made any effort at all to use clean and pure water? If Starbucks cared about its customers and their health, they'd switch to clean and pure water. As a customer, I'd pay extra to get clean water. I don't drink tap water. Never. I've written to Starbucks about this, and they have nothing to say about this giant Elephant in the Room. Starbucks has lots of other blind spots, but the clean water issue is huge, and it would be so very inexpensive to install filtration systems at Starbucks and clean the tap water BEFORE using it. Simple. Easy.
I don't even know where to start. 1. They treat their employees as disposable garbage and cut every corner they can to avoid paying workers enough/giving them health insurance or 401k (kiosk workers technically work for the store their in, not Starbucks) 2. Customer issues get bounced off of one employee and onto another, they don't ever take responsibility for their mistakes and just send you to call another person after another. (The app isn't run by Starbucks, but for some reason the app help center says to call the stores for issues.) The stores can't do ANYTHING about the app, it's doesn't have anything to do with what they do, and they will tell you to call the people that run the app who can actually take care of your issue (if those people aren't in the mood to talk to customers, they might just send you back to the store number (which, again, they can't do anything.) Just a very poor corporate giant with a poor business model that still remains functioning and thriving as they avoid taking accountability for everything they do.
My friends gave me a small present as a thermo mug from Starbucks. In the beginning I did use it a couple of times, but then slowelly a start use it more and more and for now I use it everyday. It's very comfortable and it keeps the drink's temperature a long time. For example coffee can be hot for around 30-40 minutes. So I am very happy with this present.
I always order the same thing. Tall - dark coffee with 1 raw sugar and "light" splash of cream.
So often my coffee is too white, too creamy.
There's got to be a standard that the staff at all Starbucks can get their system right, at my work place... 585 University Avenue Toronto, once u walk away, its too much hassle to return to get the problem fixed. And at the same time don't enjoy this cream with coffee flavor beverage.
It tasted like triple cream because coffee is not so hot.

There were people twerking on the counter at my local starbucks. Some lady apperently thought she could just get up on the food counter and twerk, and she did exactly that. Help.
I have been having Starbucks coffee since I was 13 and its absolutely amazing I would give this place 6 stars instead of 5 if I could this place is magical and it makes the best frappuccino ever its a wonderful place to stop in a middle of a difficult day and try one of their frappuccino, the employees who work there are really kind and helpful

Well even tho there is a big rat problem and the rat is like a teenager size there was also this girl that Brought her robot everyone was nice even the customers well some but no one wears their mask thing is they make coffee to die for so maybe that's why also a guy was just on a poll for no reason

Used to frequent Starbucks. Unfortunately, now that they're bribing their employees to get the COVID jab, we won't be customers here. I'd rather not have virus particles shed all over my breakfast pastry and coffee. YUCK!
