I never really liked STAPLES as much as OFFICEMAX because OFFICEMAX had some brands I liked --- but then I started ordering supplies for our other offices and OMG Staples makes it SOOOO EASY and hassle free. I just call up and give them our account number, then I tell them what I need, and which office it needs to get shipped to, and the stuff shows up in a couple days. WHY CAN"T EVERY BUSINESS DO THIS FOR ME?
STAPLES may not always have the exact brand you were looking for, but if they have anything even close to it I highly recommend them just because they do business the old fashioned way --- I pay them, then send my stuff, SIMPLE, no BS, no hassle.

Over the years, I have shopped many times online and in stores. The selection, quality, and convenience are top notch. In store customer service has always been considerate and helpful. The prices along with discounts and coupons are as good as anywhere. I have always found any dealings to be ethical and above board.

You can order your products and have them delivered to your home (there is free shipping for some items). If the shipping is not free, it can be shipped for free to your local Staples for your pick up at the retail store. Go to customer service to pick up your item. Very quick pick up transaction. You can return your product to the retail store, if required.

I always get great customer service above and beyond except at Christmas when the store manager himself misinformed me about an advertised Laptop they had for $199. I was ready to pay for it on the spot but he informed me it was available online. Go home, order it, pay that price and it would be sent to the store. Not the case as when I went online I found it to clearly state this item was only available in stores. He should have told me the truth instead of blowing me off. I buy all my ink and paper and I bought a Kindle Fire for my daughter for Christmas. Luckely in January they had an Asus on sale and it was the last one and I got it for a fair price, $199. So I was happy but still would have rather had my Christmas present under my tree. I still shop with them. I have a card and when I can remember I print my coupons out but have missed well over $20 in saving as I thought the saving went onto the card because that was what I was told by the clerk that sold me on getting the card. Not the case. You have to make sure you check your email otherwise the coupons could expire by the time you see them which is what happened when I finally found the right person to tell me why my discounts were not showing up on my card. I had at least 9 cartridge turn ins and got nothing for that.
If it's not on the peg board or shelf, it's usually in the stock room. Sales associates are always at hand to help.

Don't buy furniture from this store. Poor quality and won't last.
Great selection of quality goods and awesome sale prices. Shop wisely and you can save a lot of money. They also have great customer satisfaction.

Staples has the fastest delivery of any store I have ordered from. I recently ordered a printer and it arrived in less than two days from the time I ordered it. The printer was a great deal too!
