It is incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone. I have called and left messages for 1) a copy of my receipt that was never emailed to me and 2) questions about sizing as well as the products they sent me were the wrong sizes and I can't use them.
They were very helpful and even called to let me know I had not ordered the correct item for the fixtures I had
