Really happy with my purchasing experience. The lights were pack solidly and safely by Lighting Supply. The shipping company ended up horribly mangling the box and thus breaking the lights. The staff at Lighting Supply were very responsive and helpful and send a replacement box of lights. I would highly recommend Lighting Supply!
I was having a difficult time finding a store that carried odd-size fluorescent bulbs that I needed to replace alongside a bathroom medicine cabinet. Lighting Supply not only carried the bulbs, but also offered a great price. Very careful packaging insured the bulbs were in tact. I was very happy with the experience and will definitely be shopping here in the future.
It was great that you carry the small plastic replacement light switch button in stock, but the price of the item, the cost of the shipping and the delay in shipping time offset the experience.
Ordering experience was fine, no issues. Price was reasonable and delivery was prompt, Part ordered was a Broan-NuTone Blower Wheel (S*******), one of a number of components needed to replace an exhaust fan assembly in our guest bathroom. Initial inspection revealed no defects, but once all parts were available and a local handyman completed the installation, a noise was detected every time the fan was turned on. Cause - a break/split was found on the blower wheel. I will order a replacement this afternoon and hope for better results. Photographic evidence can be provided if you are interested,

I was happy to find replacement part for old range hood. Disappointed when it arrived. The box was bend and in turn screens bend in same place. So I would strengthen the boxes. I did receive refund. But doesn't solve the problem.
The light i received is not correct. Trying to get the correct one. Very frustrating.
I can always depend on them to have what I need at a reasonable price. My last purchase with them I had ordered the wrong size light bulbs. They exchanged them for me with no problem.
I had a four light florescent light fixture that was not working despite replacing bulbs. I sent for a replacement ballast and installed it--it worked! Fast shipping, right part.
It's to long waiting for the order but I understand the problem that makes sense besides that it's worth it

Quite simply--I have a display cabinet with a curious screw-in bulb not easily available from our limited country hardware stores; found the bulb online at lighting supply at an incredibly good price--so purchased a pair---mailing costs were high in comparison,, but those prices are set by USPS so no shake on Lighting Supply. Arrived perfectly packaged-and within the week! Thank you!

Very disappointed n our order! Ordered an "in-stock" commercial exhaust ventilator 4 a customer, 2 weeks ago. When communicating with their customer service team, found out it was never in stock and would b weeks b4 its arrival from manufacturer. We cancelled order and reordered from a legitimate vender! Got it n 2 days! It's shameful that they'll lie just 4 a sale!

Ordering was pretty easy, but keeping the shipping charge concealed until the last minute is kind of a sleazy practice. It also invites sticker shock, and thus ill will. But the bulbs work.
