A great price. The shipping was on steep side but offset the difference of the price.
We appreciate the fact you had the light ring we needed for our stove hood but the prices you charged for it plus high shipping costs were disappointing. Delivery was within a week and the part was as described. Thank you.

Now the little blue light comes on with the remote, but the exhaust fan still does not work.
I ordered three connector pieces and was shipped two. I contacted customer service and they found the missing piece. I have received it and was able to complete my job. Had my order been shipped complete, I would have given them five stars. Their customer service department is great.
