Pricing was fine, although I was expecting better on shipping. The tracking service could be better so that at least you know where your package is in the process would be helpful. I will still likely return to purchase this item again from Lighting Supply. The Customer Service was very courteous and helpful.

Found the bulbs I needed right away. Search format is user friendly, especially for a non-lighting person. However, a shout out of thanks to my local lighting supply for giving me the specs to search for!

My experience was very good. I received just what I ordered. It was packed very well so there was no damage and the light bulbs came in just 2 days. I thought they were a little pricey, but they are not available most places and they are the ones I wanted, so I was willing to pay the extra price.
