There were some issues with your systems and my order was pending for day until i called. I also meber received a confirmation email. However, after i called they were very gracious and overnighted our items. Thank you very much for the great costumer service after you realized there were mistakes!

The search seem to not want specifics when I knew the specific item I was looking for. I had to start broad then click more to narrow the search only to find all the key words the search could not locate.

The website runs a little slow, but everything else is great.

I have made a few orders from SLS, and both were processed and shipped expeditiously. I am new to stage lighting, and don't know what I don't know. Their stock and price of Rosco gels, the speed of delivery, and the online resources have helped tremendously as I learn how to best use our conventional lighting.

Good service, although having to pay for express processing is disappointing considering today's market.

Easy to orderonline. The only drawback is that after you place the order you don't get an email confirmation or acknowledgement like most send, so I actually spent a couple of days wondering if Stage Lighting was a legit company as nothing acknowledged. Then within about 3-4 days I got shipping confirmation!
